Great stay at The Fred
Pros:

Spacious rooms, overall good service, felt secure, multiple eating options within hotel of very good quality. Great location for shopping.

Cons:

Cleanliness was very good but sometimes there was an odd smell (perhaps cigarette) in a few of the shared spaces (e.g. floor foyer). Also, mattresses are soft - i prefer hard mattress

I wouldn’t stay here again personally
Pros:

I was led to believe that my stay would be amazing and that the rooms would be luxurious. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what had been promised, and I was left feeling extremely disappointed.

Cons:

My room was extremely small, and the view from the window overlooked a building site, which was very disappointing. The staff were not particularly helpful either, and the service at checkout was quite rude.

Before I had even reached reception or had the chance to mention that I needed to pay for a Coke from the minibar, the receptionist was already telling another member of staff to charge me for it. I found her attitude quite abrupt and unprofessional, especially as I had every intention of paying.

To make matters worse, after I had already checked out, I was told I needed to pay an additional amount because they had forgotten to include the tax on the drink.

Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I expected much better service and professionalism from the hotel.

The Best Hotel in Lahore – Always Feels Like Home!
Pros:

It is always a pleasure to stay at The Fred, which I truly believe is the best hotel in Lahore.

This was my 7th stay at the hotel this year, and every visit has been a wonderful experience, thanks to the exceptional hospitality and service.

I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to several wonderful staff members.

Shahbaz has been warmly welcoming me since my very first visit in January. He always greets me with a genuine smile and goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Mr. Teimoor deserves special thanks for making every effort to accommodate my specific requests regarding payments and invoices. I truly appreciate his professionalism and support.

Sara, thank you for the thoughtful card and for making both me and my team leader, Mr. Kim, feel so welcome. It was such a meaningful gesture.

I would also like to thank Waqas, Barooz, Saboor, Nadeem, and all the other wonderful team members for their kindness and warm hospitality.

The people are what make The Fred truly special. Every time I visit Lahore, The Fred feels like my home away from home.

The only place I’ll stay in Lahore.
Pros:

Great location and atmosphere

Cons:

Lights in the room need to be brighter - appreciate that it’s mood lighting but insufficient light for getting ready.

I’m disappointed and would ask for a partial refund since I’m a loyal customer to Booking.com
Pros:

As compare to the last other hotels in the city, this hotel is over charging for what they provide.

Unplanned photo shoots in the corridors. Fire exits were blocked with the equipment which was the main hazard.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights and all those 3 nights and days were the same because they had all the corridors overcrowded with lighting staff and also their equipment were everywhere. When asked like why is this happening, the staff acted like this is happening maybe without their knowledge and they said it’s not happening again but it was continuous throughout my stay.

Cons:

The staff as they weren’t according to the standard of the price they charge. Fire exits were blocked. Room sizes are small.

Pros:

One of the best hotel stays we’ve had! The Fred Hotel has great facilities, a lovely atmosphere, and everything was comfortable and well maintained. What really made our stay special was the amazing service. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. You can really tell they care about their guests and make an effort to make you feel at home.

We had such a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend The Fred Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and wonderful people!

Cons:

The only small downside was that it could get a little loud and crowded in the evenings because of the restaurants and activity around the hotel. However, this was a minor thing compared to how great the overall experience was.

Excellent
Pros:

Everything from the interior design to the color of the walls was very tasteful and esthetic. The staff was extremely helpful and hospitable. Breakfast and food that we ordered was delicious and clean. Location was very ideal. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay

Cons:

Even though the price was worth it, it could still be a bit on the lower side.
