Great Room, very comfy bed, excellent minibar & best location one could ask for.

Several restaurants within the hotel, especially Polymath! Loved their Pizza & beef burger.

Extremely fun and enjoyable time at Fred as it is a family tradition to go here each year.

Comfortable rooms and a pleasant stay overall, but the valet parking policy and dining experience could be improved.
Pros:

I really liked how comfortable the rooms were. The bed was very comfortable, the TV was large, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was spacious. Housekeeping also did a great job keeping the room clean every day.

The location was another highlight, the hotel was only a short drive from MM Alam Road and most places were conveniently close by, which made getting around very easy.

Cons:

I didn’t like that guests weren’t allowed to park their own cars or access the garage and had to rely entirely on valet service (which unfortunately resulted in a scratch on the front of my car by their team).

I also wasn’t very impressed with the food at the Observatory, both the service and food quality felt average.

The cleanliness, the decor - the artworks and floor coverings - the quality of furnishings in the room. The well stocked fridge, excellent laundry service, friendly, helpful staff. The gym. The location.

Cons:

Just some niggles: whilst the bed linen quality was superb, we found the mattress to be just too hard. The food was okay - we had breakfast regularly and had dinner in The Observatory once. It was all a bit hit and miss, the European dishes ersatz. I reckon they should offer more Lahori food - when in Lahore… the cake shop on the ground floor was great!
