The Fred hotel was absolutely excellent the best thing about it was the hospitality!
Pros:

The Fred hotel is super aesthetic and has a nice ambience. The location is excellent as it’s just a few minutes away from MM alam rd & Liberty. I loved that it has a cafe (polymath) inside which does amazing coffee. The best thing about the hotel was the hospitality from Sara Aqeel who was so lovely to talk to, excellent customer service and so good at what she does such an inspiration, to Waqas who knew our breakfast order straight away and was so helpful the staff are a testament to the hotel!

Cons:

Amenities are a little basic and breakfast is quite repetitive. It would be nice to have a bit more of variety especially as it’s a bit on the pricier side.

Pros:

Hotel was clean, the room was incredibly comfortable and beautifully decorated. Every member of staff we came into contact with was exceptional. The food at the Japanese restaurant and breakfast was top tier.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Lahore. What stood out the most was the perfect balance it offered—right in the heart of a vibrant, cultural, and wonderfully chaotic city, yet it managed to feel like a peaceful retreat. The sense of calm as soon as you step inside is something special. The rooms were beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable, the facilities had everything you could possibly need, and the food was consistently outstanding. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the exceptional service—attentive, warm, and always going above and beyond. It made our stay not just comfortable, but genuinely memorable.
