Cold water didn't work in the shower.
Had to wait around 40 minutes after ordering breakfast, and also around 15 minutes for a cup of tea during breakfast.

The location and style of the hotel was excellent - staff were very helpful and we found the whole experience to be really good.
While the room was good the lighting could be better - also could do with a once over to bring it back up to its best
Staff seemed a little too passive, not really attentive in any shape or fashion, no-one asked if everything was ok, just poor service from the staff, apart from that everything was ok, but as a customer its nice to feel special and accepted and this was not my experience
