Hay ratas, humedades y un billar
Pros:

El personal del hotel era amable y estaba muy cerca de la ciudad.
Nos dejaron el desayuno preparado porque nos levantamos a las 4 para ir a Pirudangala y Seguiriya y gestionaron el alquiler de la moto

Cons:

El hotel estaba sucio, viejo y descuidado, los colchones de las hamacas de la piscina rotos, toallas, cortinas y suelo sucio.
Matamos una cucaracha y ahí estuvo los tres días, fue desapareciendo porque se la comían las hormigas.
El cuarto de baño lleno de humedades.. en fin, una estancia horrible.
Cenamos una noche en su restaurante, pedimos dos sandwiches clubs y tardaron 45 minutos en traérnoslo.. Nos dijeron que teníamos dos botellas de agua gratis y después nos las cobraron.
Pero lo peor fue que vimos una rata todos los días (queremos creer que era la misma rata y no distintas ratas) se lo dijimos al personal del hotel y se reía..como si fuese lo más normal del mundo convivir con una rata.

Ich würde es nicht mehr buchen! Lage gut. Preis ok - den Stress und Ekel nicht wert.

Das Bett war sauber und das Zimmer groß.
Personal war an der Ankunft freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Liegen am Pool sind eklig und kaputt.
Generell ist die Anlage sehr ungepflegt und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal gestaltete sich als schwierig, außer man will eine Massage bei einem Partner Spa buchen. - den Rabatt haben wir auch ohne über das Hotel zu buchen erhalten. Zudem hat der Wäscheservice meine Leggings geschmolzen. Sie hatten mir eine Entschädigung von 500 Rupien angeboten, was ich mehr als unverschämt hielt. Ich forderte 5000 in einer Nachricht, auf die ich keine Antwort erhielt. Erst nach meiner Nachfrage sagte er mir dies zu.
Die Toilettensitze gehören erneuert. Es ist zwar sauber aber es sieht einfach eklig aus!

Muy buena opción en Dambulla, cerca de todo.

Attenzione alla camera che vi assegnano! Non corrispondono alle foto!

La colazione non è male.

Cons:

Le camere non rispecchiano per nulla le foto. La camera era sporca e piccola. Siamo stati messi in un complesso vecchissimo con la camera SENZA FINESTRE APRIBILI. Siamo morti di caldo tutta notte perchè il telecomando dell'ac non funzionava. Pessima esperienza.

Hotel Correcto
Pros:

Ubicación excelente en el centro de Dambulla
Personal muy servicial
Comida un poco cara pero buena.
Instalaciones muy buenas sobretodo la piscina.

Cons:

La habitación le falta mantenimiento, pintura i un poco de limpieza.

Agradable pero mejorable.Hay que tener mucha paciencia y poca prisa

La ubicación y zona de piscina

Cons:

Necesitan más personal para atender la gestión del hotel porque solo hay una persona que está todo el día para ocuparse de recepción, atención organización o incluso ayudar en el servicio de comidas y no puede abarcar todo el trabajo. Hay asistentes pero dedicados a limpieza etc
