- ausgesprochen bemühtes Personal rund um die Uhr
- Bei uns im Badezimmer gab es Ameisen. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und organisierte uns problemlos und unkompliziert ein neues Zimmer

The pool was great as it felt tropical. The reception guy was amazing. He ran around and helped everyone all day. He even went to great lengths when my daughter needed a bandaid. Room was clean and breakfast was great.

Pros:

The place was great - really looked like on the pictures, room was clean and nice,stuff also very nice and super sweet. Pool was also pleasant and they cook very tasty food - especially deviled chicken! They also gave us choice for western or sri lankan breakfast :)

Cons:

I think the breakfast could be more variable, also coffe from sack isnt the best, but I understand we’ve stayed there off season so they just served it at our table.

The human team, the two men that were there to look after us and all our needs every time we need them. We got very well looked after by them, congrats guys for what you have created.

Great and very complete breakfast with all you need for a long day tour. For early time day tours, they also offered us a packed breakfast for take away with a variety of sandwiches fillings and fresh fruit. One of the nights we came in after the kitchen closing time, but they offered us a great dinner as well.

Really great swimming pool for a relaxing time after long day tours.

Struttura con potenziale ma servizi da rivedere..
Pros:

Letto molto comodo e lenzuola pulite, doccia chiusa, la piscina con del potenziale ma lettini sporchi e acqua della piscina non il massimo.

Cons:

Probabilmente siamo venuti fuori stagione, penso fossimo gli unici ospiti e per questo la struttura dava la sensazione di essere chiusa. Abbiamo prenotato all’ultimo, non so se è per questo motivo ma il pavimento della camera non era molto pulito così come il balcone privato. Il ragazzo alla reception ci aveva detto che potevamo avere la colazione alle 7, ma così non è stato a quell’ora abbiamo trovato la sala vuota e quindi abbiamo fatto colazione altrove. La piscina potrebbe essere molto bella ma appunto l’abbiamo trovata sporca. La struttura è di per sé molto bella, non so se siamo state sfortunate noi o se manca un po’ di cura.

Great potential, but lacks cleanliness to be a good price/quality deal
Pros:

The swimming pool was clean and refreshing. The a/c and cooler did their job as was quite necessary given the climate.

Cons:

The bathrooms have a humidity problem and have gotten moldy as a result. We were able to make the room as dry as possible using the A/Cs de-humidifier mode, but they definitely need a redo.
