A comfortable stay in a great location.
Pros:

Very good, approachable staff. Helped us book trips, taxi’s etc. Room’s were clean and well maintained. Food in the restaurant was decent. Laundry on site.

Cons:

Patchy wi-fi. Bed is low to the floor.

Very friendly staff-housekeeping lady, restaurant/breakfast staff, front desk/concierge

Great first time to Chiang Mai
Pros:

Great location, has area for food and washing clothes. Near lovely restaurants and street food. Clean and tidy, all staff friendly and welcoming

Great location, quiet but simple and needs some maintenance
Pros:

Excellent location - 2 min from one of the temples and the Sunday market but very very quiet.
The hotel itself is simple and comfortable.

Cons:

In the room some things needed to be fixed - the bathroom sink was leaking, the handles in the shower and for the hanging were very loose.
The hotel is very simply designed.

The pool was great to cool off the the hotel is located close to the Sunday market, temples, and lots of restaurants and spas.

The bathroom is small and the rooms are a bit dated.

Tout était top, et le rapport qualité prix très bien... Les accessoires fournis, la propreté, les chambres sont spacieuses....

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est servi à 7:00 ce qui est raisonnable mais depuis Chiang Mai beaucoup d'excursions commencent tres tot, peut être que 30 min plus tôt seraient bien. cela étant dit en pensant à prévenir assez tot on peut avoir une boîte à emporter.. sauf quand on book l'excursion en fin d'aprem trop tard pour la boîte du lendemain matin.

Pros:

Great value for money. Great location in the old town. Nice pool, clean and comfy rooms.
Staff were helpful. We went for a night to visit an elephant Sanctuary and the staff stored our luggage for 24 hours for free.
Highly recommended.

Cons:

The only very small thing was not sockets by the bed.
