Our room was directly opposite loud mosque loudspeakers. The call to prayer started at around 5:30 AM every morning and was clearly audible inside the room. Earplugs did not help, so getting enough sleep was difficult. This is something guests who are sensitive to early-morning noise should be aware of. The hotel’s visitor policy was very restrictive. Visitors were not allowed to enter our room, including our parents and even our own child. We found this particularly inconvenient when travelling as a family, and we believe this policy should be clearly communicated before booking.
The room was not properly cleaned. We had specifically agreed with the hotel that the room would be cleaned, when asked, but this was not done even after we reminded the staff and requested it again.

Very close to mosques and prayer was really loud in our room.
The Row Suites was the best hotel I could have hoped for. It was so cheap for the central location, I paid 65 euros per night for a perfect experience. Only 2 mins to taksim square. When we arrived, we were greeted by two lovely employees who were so welcoming. All of the hallway areas are really nice looking and the elevator is really good. We had the balcony suite, which was the same price as a normal room. The bedroom is lovely, the bed is comfortable, the balcony is so great. Great to have cooking hobs, kettle, fridge. Only two rooms on the floor we were on (top floor). Had no problems with bugs as other reviews mentioned.
The shower pressure is really bad but you can still have a shower with it.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from Taksim Square and İstiklal Street, with easy access to taxis, buses, and the metro. The staff and manager were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
The washing machine didn’t work, and we had to ask for toilet paper each time we needed it. It would be better to keep extra toilet paper in each bathroom.
They dont come to clean if you dont call them
They come 11:45 to tell us we can stay after 12:00 even one min

Thank you Ziad for your warm reception. Clean sheets. Comfy beds & pillow. Clean, perfumed place, nice design rooms and reception. Minutes away from huge Taksim Masjid and restaurants, metro, tram.
Just need lights on the black stairs by the lifts because coming from bright outside stairs are difficult to see.
