Our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

Great breakfast with a wonderful variety of choices. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the service from the staff was excellent. Special mention to Mark, Jhun, Jay, Gerry, and Nica for their warm hospitality and attentive service. They made sure we had everything we needed and truly made our breakfast experience enjoyable. Highly appreciated!

Cons:

We don't have anything bad to say, everything met our expectations. Except in the pool area where the floor has no dedicated drainage to drain the water that splashing out from the pool. But luckily the attendant assigned Ms. Cecille was very attentive to vacuum the water and mop the floor.

كانت إقامتي في الفندق جدًا جميلة ومريحة، من لحظة الوصول إلى تسجيل المغادرة وكل شيء كان مرتب. الغرفة نظيفة ومرتبة، والخدمة ممتازة والموظفين تعاملهم راقي ومحترم ومتعاونين جدًا. المكان هادي ومناسب للعوائل، وكانت تجربة الإقامة بشكل عام ممتازة وأتمنى أكررها مرة ثانية

موقع الفندق قريب من الجسر .. الغرفة نظيفة والحمام وكل الغرفة زينة

كإسم الهيلتون المفروض يكون افضل ! الاستقبال مافي ترحيب ابدا وظليت مدة انتظر الرسبشن يقولي حياك تفضل !!

المسبح مقسم خاص وقت للرجال ووقت خاص للنساء ! ومافي منقذ او life guard وهدا 5 نجوم ! تتصل على الرسبشن يتاخر الطلب على ما يجي يعني كخدمات ما توحي 5 نجوم

الاطلاله بعيده عن البحر وبعض موظفين الاستقبال تعاملهم سيئ للغايه واسلوبهم غير حضاري

للاسف لم يكن بعض موظفين الاستقبال علي حسن الخلق والتعامل والاسلوب ولابد من اعطائهم دورات كيفية التعامل مع النزلاء والاهتمام بالنزيل باقة ورد وشكر للموظف الخلوق فقط واسمه مؤيد
قمه بالرقي والادب والتعامل ..
اما الباقي يبيلهم دورات من الصفر
