Although we found the staff over the top friendly and quite helpful, I think we would pass on another stay.
Pros:

Location and the Staff were inclusively excellent!

Cons:

The room we were given was terribly dated, and very small.

Thanks guys it was great
Pros:

Central location, lovely breakfast with exceptional haggis

Cons:

Nothing - it was all great.
The only recommendation I’d make is for them to get a new iron as the one that they kindly lent me was wee shabby

Vriendelijk en comfortabel in en goede locatie.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk ontbijt. Voor een 1-persoons kamer was die erg ruim. Goede centrale locatie.

Cons:

Bed was een beetje te zacht, maar dat is persoonlijk.

Friendly staff, very basic and small room
Pros:

The staff were all very friendly. The location is absolutely wonderful.

Cons:

The room itself was very cramped and the bed was not very comfortable. I felt that the price of the room was a bit expensive considering how basic the accommodations were.

Disappointing, wouldn’t recommend the location but would definitely recommend the staff
Pros:

The only thing I liked were the staff. They were lovely people and all very helpful.

Cons:

The first room I was put in had no pictures advertised and was basically a cupboard with a bed inside. I got moved but still the walls were paper thin and I could hear everything the guy next to me was doing. He had his tv so loud after midnight and I couldn’t sleep but reception asked him to turn it down for me. Before this I tried to put my tv on so I could play music to drown the noise out but my tv didn’t even work. I think it’s awful that there’s no lift and guests are expected to drag their suitcases up flights of stairs. Again, luckily the staff was kind enough to help me. I’m 5’2 and can touch the ceiling of the first room and my head was an inch away from the ceiling while laying on the pillow

Excellent stay at a hotel with lovely staff.
Pros:

Excellent room, however at the top of the hotel so it was quite warm but a fab had been provided. I requested the use of an iron which was swiftly provided for me by the Receptionist. Breakfast was lovely as was the waitress. She was polite, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It was a single room so at the top of the hotel with quite steep stairs. However, a fan had been provided.
