Pros:

The location is perfect a the heart of the old quarter.
Staff does not talk much but here to help if needed.
Perfect for a few days in Hanoï.

Pay card.
Pros:

The room was a great size and clean. Don’t have anything bad really to say about the room itself.

Cons:

On arrival you have the choice between paying cash or card. To make life easier we thought we’d pay card. The guy in reception was really keen for us to pay cash due to the “card fee”. So we did. Then on checkout another guy on reception told us we hadn’t paid which we were concerned about. I explained that we paid cash to the other guy. He contacted him and the guy said we definitely didn’t pay. I then noticed the cctv behind the desk so told them to run that. It showed me handing money to him. He still denied it. So I would say just pay card and get the receipt!!!!

Highly recommended hotel near the train street
Pros:

Excellent location, up to date, very clean, very helpful staff (knows english), never pushy at all. Has an elevator! The best hotel we stayed in of all our trip in Vietnam.

Cons:

Road too narrow, most times cars can’t pass through, but it’s just a very short road, don’t mind a 30 second walk to larger / main roads.

Very happy with everything and in close proximity to food, train street and old town.
Pros:

Lift worked well, place was pristine and quiet. At times you hear the train pass but not often at all. Receptionist was very helpful with great English.

Good location. Big room. We were able to check in after midnight. There is an elevator

Bathroom doesn’t give much probably because of glass doors. AC wasn’t the strongest

Comfortable stay + great location
Pros:

Good value for money, clean, comfortable, would stay again

Cons:

A bit of a minor but the very small window in the room didn’t have any curtains so was very light early in the morning. Staff member on reception was quite unhelpful and dismissive asking me to come back in the morning when I asked if he could help with why TV wasn’t working

Such a comfy place to stay in Hanoi! It was super central but also in a nice quiet nook area which was really cute :). The staff were so helpful sorting laundry and check in for us. The bed was comfortable and they also made up the room each day for us which was amazing as we did not expect it!! Overall 10/10

Great location! Great staff!
Pros:

The staff was very helpful. The location was awesome.....close to train street and the downtown area. The facilities were nice and modern.

Cons:

The room and bathroom could really use a deep cleaning.

Everyday we could tell the room had been cleaned but we always found long, black hairs on the floor. Not a huge deal, but something easily remedied.
