Amazing!! Definitely coming back.
Pros:

Rooms are HUGE! Staff is so kind and helpful, super chill. The dogs

Cons:

Through booking it said late check out was included but the hotel did not honor that. They did allow me to leave my things and they kept a good watch over it next to their desk

Perfecto alojamiento calidad-precio para Hanoi.
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. En pleno old quarter de Hanoi. Està limpio y las habitaciones son confortables.

Cons:

Lo único que si tienen que guardar las maletas las dejan a la vista en la recepción por donde pasa la gente.

Lovely place - lovely staff
Pros:

We came here at short notice after our first hotel was so bad we could only stay one night. This hotel was the opposite. Big rooms, lovely bath to soak away the pain from the first hotel. Staff were fabulous.
