Fabulous
Pros:

get the food sorted and the hotel will be great (breakfast should be easy!)

rooms/accomo were great and hotel was very dog-friendly

Cons:

food was disappointing - dinner was ok but breakfast was very poor and partly inedible (sour porridge and raw sausages)

Lovely staff, great location but bed small and mattress hard.
Pros:

The staff were welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and well presented.

Cons:

The room was incredibly small and the small double bed was very hard and uncomfortable unfortunately.

Nice hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is in a truly beautiful location with stunning surroundings, which was definitely the main highlight of the stay. However, it is quite expensive for what you get. As for the rest, it’s reasonably well-equipped and has the basics covered. The room was clean and decently maintained. Niki did a great job keeping things running smoothly and looking after us.

Cons:

Although the beautiful surroundings and Niki's good service made up for a lot, the hotel was quite expensive.

Expected better
Pros:

Near to the bridge of orchy. We booked the room facing the river and it was lovely.was able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The bar was closed on the day that world cup match between scotland and brazil which was disappointing. For the price of the room, id expected at least bathrobes and bedroom slippers. We couldnt open the window during the heatwave and the fan made noises during the night.

Pros:

this is a hidden gem of West Highland way. absolutely fabulous accomodation, everything spotless clean, food fantastic, breakfast as well, very comfortable and just on the trail. this applies for the annex, which is newly built and very modern
