Staff di lobby tidak maklumkan pun kepada guest untuk parking kereta yang tidak berbayar sepatutnya di belakang hotel. Walaupun ada notis di lobby, sepatutnya maklumkan juga kepada guest perkara berkenaan semasa pendaftaran/check in!
