We stayed here with my wife and two teenagers for one night before an early flight from Bali. The hotel completely positively surprised us.
The rooms were clean, modern (industrial style), with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The staff were very friendly and helpful – they quickly took care of everything we needed for such a short stay. Breakfast was tasty, and the location is ideal for a transit stop: close to the airport, yet not far from the beach and Lippo Mall.
For a short stopover before departure – an excellent choice. Everything worked smoothly and comfortably. Highly recommended!
We stayed here after arriving late in Bali, and it was the perfect place to get a few hours of rest before starting our trip. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it exactly what we needed after a long journey.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and having a 24-hour supermarket right next door was incredibly convenient for picking up snacks, drinks, and any essentials we needed after our late arrival.
Overall, this was a great choice for our first night in Bali, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone arriving on a late flight.
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. Even in heavy traffic, it takes only about 20 minutes to get to the airport.
The air conditioner in the room is noisy and does not work properly. Additionally, the plumbing appears to have been installed incorrectly, as there is a strong sewage odor coming from the toilet that can be smelled in the bedroom.
Good location, stayed here one night when we first arrived in Bali, literally walked there from the airport within 10 minutes. Good location, on the main road with all the bars and restaurants and just a short walk to the beach.
Room was clean enough but could do with a extra scrub around the doors, what looked to possibly be blood was on the door to the bathroom

We had a terrible experience staying here.
At around the middle of the night, we were woken by people checking into our room. We had a flight to catch in four hours, so this was incredibly stressful. My girlfriend was terrified and genuinely thought someone was breaking into our room. As they entered, I had to shout, “What the f*** are you doing?”
What made the situation worse was that the staff member stood in the doorway instead of immediately apologising, closing the door and leaving. I actually had to ask her to get out of our room.
A security guard later came to our room and simply said, “Sorry for the inconvenience, it was just a miscommunication.” That response was nowhere near adequate given what had happened.
I went to the front desk to explain the situation and asked for a refund because this was completely unacceptable. Instead, they offered to upgrade our room, which made no sense considering we had to leave in four hours for our flight. They then offered a free airport shuttle, but we had already arranged our own transport.
This should never happen in a hotel. Accidentally assigning guests to an occupied room is a serious safety and security issue and could have ended much worse. Because of the incident, we were unable to get back to sleep before our flight.
When you pay to stay at a hotel, you expect to feel safe. Mistakes can happen, but they should be handled appropriately. In our case, the response was simply an apology and a couple of offers that weren’t relevant to our situation. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Betten sind bequem, alles relativ ruhig, trotz Lage an der Straße.
Frühstück/Buffet auch völlig in Ordnung. Pool mit schöner Lage, Größe ausreichend
Mitarbeiter fangen relativ früh an Zimmer zu säubern und verschieben dadurch die Betten. Wenn man direkt darunter wohnt, wird man leider früh wach.
