Pleasant stay but could be nicer if modernised a bit.
Pros:

Pool was really appreciated with lots of sun loungers. Garden furniture on the balcony (cheap plastic table and chairs). Quiet place but we were there out of high season.

Cons:

The room was big but with little furniture. The outside look modern but the room was in need of TLC. The toilet flush was broken and we had water on the floor in the bathroom in the night. Bath towels were frayed and look old.

Cons:

Há um certo desgaste das instalações e jardins. Percebe-se terem sido mais viçosas e bem tratadas noutros tempos, estando agora conservadas apenas nos minimos aceitáveis. De qualquer forma, não há reparos a fazer em termos de higiene e conforto.

Cons:

Por ser uma reserva booking, fui inicialmente colocado num quarto cuja limpeza não se notava, tinha tv partida e a porta não fechava.
Fui mudado para um acomodamento melhor, mas em que o AC não funcionava.
O sitio é bem localizado e as piscinas são agradáveis.
Nota-se um alojamento a deteriorar-se que faz questionar o porquê das 4 estrelas.

Cons:

Our room smelled of mold from the moment we walked in, and the paint was peeling off the walls, clearly suggesting a leak or severe humidity issue. The furniture was very outdated, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the staff were far from welcoming.

Zero limpeza nos quartos.
Sem resguardos nas camas com lençóis fracos
Nunca limparam a casa de banho nem o quarto durante a minha estadia, inclusive mudaram as toalhas e deixaram uma suja de blush e rimel, que não uso, reclamei e não mudaram.
Tomadas partidas, paredes chuvas e com aranhas e quem limpava utilizava a sanita e não despejava o autoclismo.
Um nojo, nunca vi tal em parte nenhuma do mundo
