A fine place in a vivid area
Pros:

The stuff is very friendly and the property is cleaned frequently.

Pros:

The location of the room was honestly the only positive thing about this stay. Apart from being in the center of Tirana, unfortunately almost everything else was disappointing.

Cons:

The bathroom smelled strongly of mold and sewage from the drains, which made the room very uncomfortable to stay in. There were also no proper toiletries, even though they were listed in the amenities. We stayed for two days and there was not even basic shower gel available, only a very cheap hand soap.

The room also did not feel properly clean. When we wiped the bedside tables with an antiseptic wipe, there was a lot of dust on them. The curtain was torn, so it was impossible to fully block the light and sleep properly. The fridge also seemed broken because instead of simply cooling water, it froze everything into ice.

The bathroom itself was quite uncomfortable overall. It had no window, only a loud ventilation system. If you turned it off, the smell became unbearable, but if you left it on during the night, the noise was disturbing. The shower also flooded the bathroom floor because there was no proper separation or even a floor mat outside the shower. Even the toilet seat did not properly fit the toilet.

I also want to mention that there were two different girls working at the front desk. The one working in the mornings was extremely kind, welcoming, and always smiling, and she genuinely made us feel comfortable. Unfortunately, the second receptionist was the complete opposite — quite rude, cold, and unfriendly. When it was time for us to pay, we had just arrived back at the room and were rushing to one of the events we had booked, and her attitude felt very aggressive and unpleasant, almost like “you need to pay right now.” It honestly made the interaction uncomfortable.

We did not expect luxury because the room was relatively affordable, but the smell, lack of cleanliness, and overall atmosphere honestly made us not want to stay there. Unfortunately, this was the worst part of our experience in Tirana.

Excellent Stay Great Location !!!!
Pros:

Ideal for location for break very easy to get to every where and welcoming staff and someone there to help until 9pm

Cons:

Only negative thing was no safes in the room… Enzo sort this out 😉

Alles was slecht

Cons:

Slechte buurt, je hoort alles van de buren en van de straat. Er is geen lift, veel trappen. Zeer kleine kamer. Er is een cafe dat zeer luidruchtig op straat. Ingang van verblijf moeilijk te vinden in een akelige straat.

Disappointing
Pros:

Good location and a spacious room.

Cons:

Bathroom:
- No hooks to hang towels
- No shower divider, although one appears in the photos. That was actually the reason I booked this room. Without it, water gets everywhere after showering.
- The toilet seat ring is broken.
- No body wash provided, only a soap bar and shampoo.

- No kettle or glasses in the room. I somehow missed this when booking.
- Sheets and the blanket were stained.
- Hair in the bed that was not mine.

POSIZIONE OTTIMA , SEI PRATICAMENTE A 2 PASSI DA PIAZZA SKANDEBERG E DALLO SKY . ZONA MOLTO SICURA E TRANQUILLA , SOTTO CASA C'E' UN BARBIERE E UNA PARRUCHIERRA . ATTORNO ALLA STRUTTURA CI SONO TUTTE LE ATTIVITA' CHE SERVONO AI TURISTI. IN CAMERA C'E' UN PICCOLO FRIGO .

FORSE L'UNICA PECCA SONO GLI ODORI FORTI PROVENIENTI DALLE CUCINE MA è UN PROBLEMA COMUNE IN ALBANIA . BASTA APRIRE LE FINESTRE E CONTROLLARE GLI ODORI PRIMA DI LASCIARLE APERTE PER FAR CAMBIARE L'ARIA ALLA STANZA.

Pros:

La struttura è in un’ottima posizione ed è carina, la camera è ampia. Supporto rapido ma non risolutivo per i problemi avuti

È una camera rumorosissima, si sente chiunque rientra ed esce dalla propria camera e tutti i rumori esterni. Inoltre abbiamo prenotato il transfer dalla struttura, pagando per un servizio di attesa all’aeroporto che non ci è stato fornito. La struttura non offre alcun tipo di servizio aggiuntivo
