Un véritable moment de calme et de détente !

Hotel vraiment agréable, calme ! Nous étions les 2 seuls dans l'hôtel ? Nous n'avons croisés personne ! La clim dans la chambre très appréciée, la piscine incroyable (même si un peu plus d'ombre serait appréciable). Le personnel aux petits soins, très agréable ! L'accueil parfait, la literie confortable, tout était vraiment très bien !

Cons:

Peut être plus d'eau en bouteille dans la chambre gratuitement ? Pour 3 jours à 2, nous avons acheté 8 bouteilles d'eau à 75£ chacune, ce qui commence a faire, surtout quand l'eau du robinet n'est pas potable.. peut être le prix de certains plats qui est plus élevé que la moyenne en Egypte, mais qui reste accessible.

Pros:

J’ai passé un super séjour à l’hôtel, le personnel était à l’écoute et aux petits soins avec moi. Très conciliant sur les horaires et notamment l’heure du check out car j’ai pu rester un peu plus longtemps sans payer d’extra. De même pour le petit déjeuner que j’avais loupé mais qui m’a quand même été gentillement préparé.
L’hôtel prévoit également des excursions même si je n’ai pas pu les faire parce que j’avais déjà booké ailleurs.
La chambre est propre et il y avait la Clim.
J’ai vraiment passé un agréable séjour et y retournerai si je suis de passage à Louxor.

Et il est très bien situé pour visiter la vallée des rois et ses alentours et pour aller sur l’autre rive !

Besutiful, well located Hotel with exceptional Service
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for three nights in April. The property is beautiful, the pool is clean, the food is excellent, and the rooms are well equipped and maintained.

The location is fantastic. You can reach the Valley of the Kings quickly and conveniently by taxi, and the East Bank is easily accessible by ferry or private boat.

What truly stands out is the service. The manager is always available to answer any questions, Said (hotel security and bellman) is very friendly and attentive, and the service in the café/restaurant (especially Mahmoud H.!) is exceptional.

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We would be delighted to return and highly recommend this hotel!

Well kept hotel with character. Best cost benefit of the entire trip
Pros:

Old hotel with character, clean and well kept. Good breakfast (eggs and falafel). Good swimming pool. Safe neighborhood but relatively limited options of restaurants in comparison with east bank. Extremely good value.

Cons:

Communication in English sometimes challenging during breakfast.

Everything was perfect
Pros:

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are very friendly, especially Ragab, who was always smiling and making jokes. No problem was too big for him — he solved everything as if it were nothing. The accommodation offers excellent value for money. The location is perfect for visiting all the tombs and temples on the west side. They also provide excellent bike and taxi services, both of which I used during my stay

Eine optimale und entspannte Wahl für Luxor
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter inkl. Hotelmanager. Frühstücksbuffet mit viel Auswahl und gut. Die vielen Pflanzen, Sitzgelegenheiten und Dachterassen.
Auch das Abendessen ist zu empfehlen.
Wir haben alles über das Hotel organisiert. Ballonfahrt, Taxiausflug Tal der Könige und andere Luxor-Klassiker, Taxi nach Kairo. Alles bestens und zuverlässig.
