Personnel aidant et volontaire mais communication pas toujours aisée car seule une personne parlait anglais. À la réservation, demander une chambre côté cathédrale car elle est magnifique en particulier le soir.Petite piscine mais qui permet de se rafraîchir. Hotel bien situé pour visiter une région peu touristique et aller à Tam Coc
Le petit déjeuner mériterait d’être complété car très basique. Point de vigilance: l’hôtel n’ a qu’un scooter à disposition et ne peut pas en louer d’autres. Il faut se rendre à Ninh Bình pour s’en procurer (trajet facile avec un grab, environ 30 minutes).
D’un premier abord bel immeuble récent, on sent la volonté de faire une belle décoration, mais le niveau n’est pas là hauteur… les chambres sont propres, le personnel tente de faire au mieux, mais ça reste en dessous des standards internationaux. La note de 9 ne correspond pas aux attentes… pas de mange journalier si on ne demande pas. Petit déjeuner très basique, pas de fruits, pas de laitages… pain, beurre et œufs pour l’international ou alors cuisine vietnamienne… les ventilateurs ne sont mis en route que lorsque nous sommes présents, c’est basique au niveau du service, les chambres sont toutefois propres c’est le principal et ce n’est pas cher…!
Service basique, restauration du petit déjeuner réduite au stricte minimum, pas de fruits, pas de laitages, seulement du pain et des œufs, pas de ménage tous les jours dans les chambres, personnel disponible mais peu souriant, pas de personnalisation des l’accueil

I hate to leave anything but good reviews but I was excited to stay here, it looked very clean and nice.
I am a United States American and traveled a long way to see the incredible Phat Diem Church but nothing went super great for me here.
Upon arrival I was upgraded to the top floor room which I was very thankful for because of the beautiful view of Phat Diem Church, the city and the sunset. Looking out that window was my favorite part of this short stay. For the price you pay here I would not recommend unless they start to clean better and fix their AC so it cools the room down… even after hours my room was not cool.
I felt very uncomfortable in the city itself because everyone just stared at me like they had never seen a white person before. Now I know how celebrities feel, if you are thinking about also making the journey to go to the church I hate to say it but I would skip it unless you have your own means of transportation and are comfortable being stared at by everyone. Also, I was across the street from the church and was 1 hour early and still did not make the mass because I could not find where the mass was offered. It was not offered in the main cathedral and upon walking and asking many people on the street via Google Translate where the mass is I was unsuccessful in finding or attending mass…
I checked out of the room and did not stay the night and went to another stay that night.

Phat Diem Plaza Hotel is situated quietly only a few minutes on foot to the impressive Phat Diem Cathedral. It is a very clean and comfortable hotel (lobby, room). Good breakfast. Very friendly staff at the reception who likes much to help and give information. So it is very pleasant to stay there.
Excellent services. Can't complain anything. Will come back for sure 😀
