Das war der zweite Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Es war genau so perfekt, wie beim ersten Mal. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden.

Pros:

Wir übernachteten erstmal für eine Nacht in diesem schönen Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ziemlich groß. Beim Frühstück gibt es frisches Rührei, Arepa und frisches Obst. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir das Hotel später nochmal buchten.
Das Gepäck konnten wir zwischen unseren beiden Aufenthalten im Hotel sicher verwahren lassen.

Cons:

Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden.

We loved the location of this hotel, close to both the beach and restaurants in Santa Marta. The room was larger than expected.

We would have liked to have spent more time on the hotel rooftop, however the pool and tables / chairs were dirty.

Staff were great; the room was spacious. We stayed here either side of our Lost City trek and staff were happy to store our bags.

Cons:

We would have liked to have spent more time on the rooftop, however the pool and furniture were quite dirty.

No se le realizan los debidos mantenimientos, para que no se genere el gasto excesivo que se ve, las terrazas no tienen un buen aseo y el televisor nunca funciono

Does the job for a place to stay
Pros:

Property was very close to the attractions and sights of the city one street away from the main strip and a little further to the square so could not ask for a better location and the receptionists were lovely and helpful throughout

Cons:

The room stank of smoke when questioned they said it was to stop mosquitos (it didnt) it was not the cleanest of rooms or the quietest but it provided what we needed for the stay

Lo recomiendo
Pros:

Es la primera vez que reservo con booking y realmente me encantó. Son muy amables, el desayuno es muy rico, está cerca de la playa y los sitios turísticos en el centro histórico, es facil llegar en transporte público desde el aeropuerto. Reserve dos fechas seguidas con ellos y en las dos fueron igual de amables, limpios y ordenados. En esta estadía tuvimos un inconveniente con el ventilador y lo resolvieron en 5 minutos. Los cuartos son cómodos, el hotel es lindo y tranquilo. Realmente lo recomiendo.

Cons:

A veces, por las palomas la piscina estaba sucia. Pero tú le hacías saber en la recepción y ellos lo mandaban a limpiar para usarla. Realmente un buen servicio.
