Absolut nicht empfehlenswert, für das Geld gibt es viel bessere Hotels.
Pros:

Ruhige Umgebung

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage drine & Zimmer war dreckig und sahen komplett anders aus als auf denn Bilder.
Sehr schlechte Park Möglichkeit.

Otel ve oda temiz ve kullanışlı.
Sakin bir semtte bulunuyor ve kısa bir yürüyüş ile toplu taşıma duraklarına ulaşılabiliyor.
Fiyatı da Berlin için uygun sayılabilecek bir fiyat. (Kahvaltı hariç konaklama)

Cons:

Hemen yanında Audi'nin büyük bir bayisi bulunuyordu ve sabahları biraz gürültü yapıyorlar.

Appartamento ben fornito , pulito anche se un po’ polveroso. Stabile silenzioso , non comodissimo .

Cons:

Purtroppo non c’era l’angolo con disponibilità di cibo da acquistare in emergenza e supermercato non vicinissimo Non sempre reception desk attivo.

Akzeptabel, für Lärm von Lebens.
Pros:

Da ich geschäftlich am Ernst-Reuter-Platz zu tun hatte, wählte ich diese Unterkunft, da fussläufig erreichbar.

Gute Küchenzeile mit Kaffeemaschine und Tee. Kühlschrank und sogar Spülmaschine.

Cons:

Da nebenan ein Autohaus ist, war frühmorgens gegen halb sieben schon viel Lärm. Schlafen bei offenen Fenster leider nicht möglich
Ebenso roch es in den Fluren oftmals nach Joint, auch zog gleicher Geruch durch Fenster rein. ;-(

ÖPNV Anbindung, Gute Infrastruktur in der Umgebung, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Störender Lärm von der benachbarten Audi-Werkstatt nachts (LKW-Lieferungen auch um 2 Uhr nachts) und früh morgens (5:30 Uhr). Öffnen der Fenster nachts nicht möglich. Zimmer im Sommer sehr heiß.
Fehlende Küchenutensilien (Spülmittel, Spültuch), kein Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine in schlechtem hygienischen Zustand.
