Für eine Nacht war es eine gute Entscheidung, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind sehr gut. 5 Sterne
Pros:

Die Lage ist ok, gegenüber von meinem Zimmer ist ein Autohaus, da war am frühen Morgen schon rege Betriebsamkeit. Die Nacht war allerdings ruhig, das Hotel ist m.E. nicht hellhörig. Die Fenster waren zu öffnen.

Cons:

Für unser Empfinden waren die Zimmer bzw. das Hotel sehr warm, daher waren die Bettdecken zu dick. Klima gab's nicht, dafür ein Ventilator auf den Zimmern.

Ohne Zimmer Wechsel und Zahlung zusätzlichen Zimmer Upgrade, hätte ich mich dort nicht wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Das Personal war immer freundlich, nach Wechsel auf ein großes Zimmer (nicht mit dem dunklen lauten Blick auf Lagerhalle), war der Urlaub sehr angenehm und erholsam.

Cons:

Das Standard Zimmer, zu klein, mit Blick auf anderes Lager Gebäude mit ständigen Lieferungen, ziemlich laut.
Zimmer Reinigung muss extra bezahlt werden (12 Euro), es wird auch kein Papierkorb gelehrt, Handtuch gewechselt oder Toiletten Papier bestückt.
Habe upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer und andere Seite vorgenommen, da gab es aber kein Safe und in ein Mülleimer war noch Müll vom Gast davor drin (halb voll).
Die Zimmer sind sehr warm und kühlen irgendwie nicht wirklich ab, sehr sehr komisch.

Good stay. I would recommend it
Pros:

Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The location is not close to the subway or train stations. The bus stand is close so you will need to figure out the commute. Overall a good stay.

Cons:

The room cleaning was not up to the mark and not thoroughly done. There were ants in my room even after cleaning.

Appartment sehr gut, Service so gut wie nicht vorhanden
Pros:

Das Appartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung ( z.B. Verdunklungsjalousie, Ventilator, gutes Bett, angenehme Bettwäsche Frotteewaren, Nespressomaschine, etc.) die ruhige Lage

Cons:

Extrem überteuerte Snacks und Getränke in der Lobby.
Die Rezeption war in 5 Tagen nie besetzt. Man muss in das Hotel nebenan, wenn man etwas braucht.
Die Räume werden nur einmal/ Woche gereinigt .
Fitnessraum stand nicht zur Verfügung.

Pros:

Les photos sur le site donne une impression de plus d'espace.
Ca sentait un peu la cuisine qui, de plus donne directement sur le lit.
Un peu trop exiguë pour un studio.
Pour l'emplacement, oui c'est un peu loin du centre mais nous le savons.
En centre (et Berlin est grand), les prix étaient hors budget pour nous.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli, mais ensuite plus personne à l'accueil lors de nos passages.
Dommage de perdre la relation humaine, mais ça devient une généralité 🥲
