La ubicación del hotel es excelente y las habitaciones son muy cómodas, perfectas para una estancia agradable. Sin duda, la relación calidad-precio es muy buena.

Cons:

Como aspecto a mejorar, la puerta de nuestra habitación tenía muchos problemas para abrir con la llave; se atoraba demasiado y, al final, hasta evitábamos salir porque era muy complicado volver a entrar. Lo reportamos desde que notamos el problema, pero la actitud del personal de recepción y la forma en que se comunicaron con nosotros hicieron que el momento fuera bastante incómodo, ya que nos hicieron sentir como si la falla fuera nuestra responsabilidad. Nosotros únicamente informamos el inconveniente para evitar problemas. Fuera de ese detalle, nuestra estancia fue muy buena.
