Amazing experience
Pros:

Location is amazing inside Marina Alalmain - cozy hotel with good staff.
I liked the breakfast in the room .
It is only ground. Floor hotel so no headache of elevators and stairs .
My villa has two different view one in front of lack with private garden for my villa and another view in front of the pool.

* We arrived about an hour before check-in, and the hotel kindly allowed us to check in early.
* The receptionist who welcomed us was friendly and professional.
* The staff were generally hospitable and responsive. Whenever we reported an issue, someone came to address it promptly.
* Although the beach was quite far from the villa, the staff member working at the beach was very hospitable, friendly, and welcoming.

Cons:

* The biggest issue was the strong sewer smell coming from the bathrooms. Since most of the bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms, the unpleasant odor spread throughout several rooms and was extremely uncomfortable.
* The towels provided in the rooms were not clean.
* The shower drainage was poor, causing water to accumulate on the bathroom floor instead of draining properly
* The kitchen had no sink for washing dishes, which was very inconvenient. In addition, the kitchen garbage bin was extremely small for a six-bedroom villa accommodating a large group. The garbage piled up quickly, which attracted flies and made the situation even worse. * The private swimming pool was dirty, with dead bugs floating in it, and very small in size not like the pictures so we didn't use it at all.
* The hotel never made it clear that there are three different villas, and only one has both a private pool and a lake view. Considering the premium price we paid, we expected the best available villa and were disappointed to receive one without the lake view.
* One of the closet doors came off its hinges and fell, creating a safety hazard. I was genuinely concerned it could have fallen on one of the children while they were playing.

الفندق نظيف جدًا ...وموقعه متميز قريب من بوابة مارينا 7 وهي ارقى مكان في مارينا وقريب من نورث سكوير والغرف واسغة حدًا وهناك 3 دورات مياه واقدم شكري لكل العاملين في الفندق واخص بالذكر موظفي الاستقبال امير وطارق وعمر في غاية الاحترام وقاموا بمساعدتنا كثيرًا ....وهذه المرة الخامسة التي نقيم في فنادقهم
