Pros:

* We arrived about an hour before check-in, and the hotel kindly allowed us to check in early.
* The receptionist who welcomed us was friendly and professional.
* The staff were generally hospitable and responsive. Whenever we reported an issue, someone came to address it promptly.
* Although the beach was quite far from the villa, the staff member working at the beach was very hospitable, friendly, and welcoming.

Cons:

* The biggest issue was the strong sewer smell coming from the bathrooms. Since most of the bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms, the unpleasant odor spread throughout several rooms and was extremely uncomfortable.
* The towels provided in the rooms were not clean.
* The shower drainage was poor, causing water to accumulate on the bathroom floor instead of draining properly
* The kitchen had no sink for washing dishes, which was very inconvenient. In addition, the kitchen garbage bin was extremely small for a six-bedroom villa accommodating a large group. The garbage piled up quickly, which attracted flies and made the situation even worse. * The private swimming pool was dirty, with dead bugs floating in it, and very small in size not like the pictures so we didn't use it at all.
* The hotel never made it clear that there are three different villas, and only one has both a private pool and a lake view. Considering the premium price we paid, we expected the best available villa and were disappointed to receive one without the lake view.
* One of the closet doors came off its hinges and fell, creating a safety hazard. I was genuinely concerned it could have fallen on one of the children while they were playing.

الفندق نظيف جدًا ...وموقعه متميز قريب من بوابة مارينا 7 وهي ارقى مكان في مارينا وقريب من نورث سكوير والغرف واسغة حدًا وهناك 3 دورات مياه واقدم شكري لكل العاملين في الفندق واخص بالذكر موظفي الاستقبال امير وطارق وعمر في غاية الاحترام وقاموا بمساعدتنا كثيرًا ....وهذه المرة الخامسة التي نقيم في فنادقهم

إقامة استثنائية وتجربة تفوق التوقعات في مارينا 5!
​قضيت فترة إقامة رائعة ومثالية في هذا الفندق. الفيلا كانت ممتازة، نظيفة جداً، ومساحتها مناسبة تماماً لـ 6 أفراد، ومجهزة بالكامل بكل وسائل الراحة والاستجمام اللي ممكن تحتاجها.
​أبرز ما يميز الفندق:
​الخدمات: خدمة الإنترنت المجانية مغطية الفندق بالكامل وسريعة، وخدمات الغرف (Room Service) والهاوس كيبنج على أعلى مستوى من النظافة والاحترافية. وكمان شاشة عملاقة لعرض مبارايات كأس العالم.
​الإفطار: تجربة الفطور كانت جميلة جداً؛ بالرغم من انه مش اوبن بوفيه ولكن كمية الفرد مشبعة ومتنوعة، والجميل إنهم بيستخدموا خامات ممتازة وماركات معروفة بجودتها.
​الاستقبال والتعامل: خدمة الريسبشن رائعة وراقية جداً، وأتوجه بشكر خاص للأستاذ أمير رجب وباقي طاقم العمل على حسن الاستقبال والتعاون.
​المرافق: الفندق بيوفر جراج ومكان واسع ومجاني لمبيت السيارات، والموقع (اللوكيشن) خرافي وفي مكان رائع، والفيلا تطل علي حمام السباحة وكمان لها حديقة خاصة لنزول البحيرة، بصراحة جنة!!!!!
​بالمختصر، تجربة ممتازة وأنصح به بشدة لكل عائلة بتبحث عن الراحة والرفاهية. أكيد هكرر الزيارة!
