Nice hotel for a one night stay
Pros:

Location is good, and parking is available. The room was comfortable, but felt small as the ceiling is low and generally things are smaller.
The room and shower was clean, good water pressure.

Cons:

Curtains did close all the way so light came through them in the morning.

宿泊機能としてはほぼ完璧。

Cons:

向かいの部屋が深夜まで大声で騒いでいたが、ホテルには従業員が常駐しておらず誰も制止する人間がいなかった。これは最大の、かつ多分唯一の欠点？と思われる。

新しいホテルなのに残念
Pros:

北見だからハッカの入浴剤やお菓子などが置いてあってよかった。

Cons:

バスルームが臭かった。
清掃がちゃんとしていないのかなと思ったけど
原因は下水から匂いが漂ってきていた。

Cons:

テレビの電源がつきにくく、２日目はつかなかった。
おにぎりは温めずに食べたので、完食できなかった。温めたら美味しくいただけたのかなと思う。

Pros:

良かった点は、施設が新しく綺麗だったこと、無人チェックイン／チェックアウトが便利だったこと、繁華街へのアクセスが良かったこと、ハッカモチーフのコンセプトがオシャレだったこと。

Cons:

残念だったのは、ラップ音のようなものが頻繁に聞こえて煩わしかったこと、備え付けの時計が光りっぱなし（消し方があるのかもしれないが私には分からなかった）なので電気を消しても真っ暗にならなかったこと。

Pros:

無人のチェックインシステムで煩わしさも無くスムーズで、お部屋も綺麗で必要なアメニティもしっかり揃っていたのでコスパ的には満足出来るレベルかと思います。

Cons:

洗面所シンクの水の流れが少し良くなかったと感じました。
