Cửa sổ đóng vít vào nên không mở được.
Cốc uống nước thì lệch, cốc này cốc kia.
Phòng nhiều kiến
Vòi hoa sen thấp, ống nước vòi hoa sen để lộ ra ngoài nên khi tắm nước nóng dễ chạm người vào làm bị bỏng.
Tủ lạnh có cắm điện nhưng không có quạt gió để làm lạnh?
Đèn ngủ thì không dùng được.
Đồng hồ hết pin vẫn để im không thay pin.
Đèn hành lang thì mờ mờ, đi ra ngoài tối om, ai lại dùng đèn cảm ứng ngoài cái hành lang bé tý như vậy, cảm ứng còn yếu, mãi mới sáng, sáng được 1 tý thì tắt luôn.
Sảnh chờ ở tầng 1 mở toang cửa, không bật điều hoà. Tới tối thì hàng kem dừa xếp bàn sang hết cả sảnh khách sạn.
Với giá hơn 800k/đêm cho lúc thấp điểm tháng 8 thì quá đắt.
Vị trí cách quảng trường 300m nên sẽ không thấy được gì

Pros:

Thuy anh was nice. The location is excellent in th main St of cat Ba. Staff are all nice & helpful. Not far from the beach & rooms are spacious, clean & good value for money.

Cons:

A lot of building going on where the harbour used to be so th views are obstructed.

A basic hotel that was very clean and had lovely staff.

The beds were very comfortable, the room was very spacious

The place was lovely, they shouldn’t promote the sea side view room since there unfortunately works going on currently on the sea side so all you see from the window is mainly the scaffolding and the shower head is completely broken, other than that the room was lovely and the team was really helpful too

Super Enttäuschung.
Pros:

Am Hotel leider nichts.

Cons:

Frühstück quasi nicht vorhanden, keine Kartenzahlung möglich, unangenehmer Geruch in den Zimmern, keine Erwähnung darüber das direkt vor dem Hotel ein Megasuper-Bauprojekt im Gange ist.
