Matkailu avartaa...
Pros:

Hotelli tarjosi kolmen yön yöpymiselle kaiken tarvittavan, huoneen ja vuoteen ominaisuudet olivat hyvällä mukavuustasolla. Aamiainen oli erinomaisen runsas ja monipuolinen, erityisesti sen henkilökunta ansaitsee kiitokset hyvästä palvelusta. Novenan metroyhteys oli kohtuullisen 15 min kävelymatkan päässä. Uima-allas ja alue sekä Gym olivat kuvauksen mukaisia ja toimivia. Nautimme hotellissa myös illallisen, joka oli oikein maistuva ja tässä yhteydessä täytyy myös mainita henkilökunnan hyvä palvelu.

Cons:

Varausta tehdessämme toivoimme huoneen sijainniksi ylemmistä kerroksista ja esteettömällä näkymällä. Saimme vahvistuksen pyyntöömme, jossa toiveemme mukainen huoneen saanti vahvistettiin. Melkoinen pettymys oli kun, saamassamme huoneessa oli näkymä vastapäisen talon seinään. Reklamaatioomme vastattiin viiveellä ja toivomamme järjestely onnistui seuraavalle päivälle, näkymän olessa halutun mukainen. Vastaanotto tiskin henkilöille toivoisi myös hieman lisää hymyä.

Excellent hotel with amazing staff in a great location.
Pros:

The room, breakfast, and shuttle bus to the MRT were all wonderful, but it was the quality of the staff that stood out the most. Everyone was so polite, genuinely friendly, and caring. Thank you so much!

Everything. The location, cleanliness, staff and breakfast. Everything was on point. Will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore.
They have a shuttle to and from the MRT station. Breakfast had lots of variety to choose from, and a mall right by the hotel.
