Pros:

All of the staff was very welcoming and helpful especially Joseph. It was also in a fairly conscience place. We had a mini shopping mall across the street and a bus stop 2 minutes away or the train 15 minutes. Pretty convenient area.

Cons:

The fact that it lists as saying having a shuttle bus from the airport when it’s from the train station. Also that it doesn’t explain online clearly that there are two separate buildings.

Would stay again. In fact this is my third stay.
Pros:

The staff at the front desk and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. My room was well equipped and request for a bathrobe promptly met. Aloft’s unique feature is the lovely long lap pool.
