Petit dejeuner de faible qualite , toujours la meme chose , la cafe est payant !!

La temperatura nelle aree comuni molto alta e umida, alcune zanzare presenti in stanza, caffè e cappuccino non inclusi nella colazione.

I would also like to leave a couple of small suggestions for the owners, because with just a few inexpensive improvements the breakfast experience could feel noticeably more refined. Tea bags are available, but there are no regular cups; if you ask, the staff kindly provides disposable cups. Adding proper tea cups would immediately make breakfast feel more comfortable and welcoming. The same applies to coffee—replacing paper cups with proper coffee cups would add a small touch of quality and make the experience much more enjoyable.
P.S. One thing visitors should be aware of: there are occasionally people walking along the beach asking tourists for money. We personally witnessed a woman very skillfully pressuring and manipulating a couple sitting next to us into giving her money. During the same interaction, they ended up opening their wallet and giving her money three separate times. It was quite uncomfortable to watch. I would simply recommend that visitors be aware of this and be cautious when approached by strangers asking for money on the beach.

The hotel did not meet my my expectations in many aspects. most are listed below:
NO water in the room in the scorching heat when guests arrive, no glasses, am not even talking on any minor toiletries
The room was not cleaned even once for the three days that we were there. You have to especially ask for it, no garbage removal even.
no coffee/tea, kettle. Everything was done so that you go down and use bar services at extra cost.
Tea bags (bad quality) was provided with breakfast, but no cups. The paper cups were finished in no time and never replenished again. We had to buy our own.
NO lamps by the beds whatsoever, only two sockets in the room of three, those too in the most inconvenient places.
Check out time is 10:30-11:00 and not 12 like in most hotels.
Lobby is not airconditioned, so if you are waiting for a taxi or any other reason you will feel like in furnace
For 70 Euros a day which is not small amount for Albania the minimal things like water, cleaning, at least garbage removal should be offered. My impression was that the hotel management was trying to charge you enough but provide as less services and stuff as possible. I did not find that the price was justified for the facilities and services you get.
