The resort fee is paid on destination at all times. It includes:
- WiFi high speed access through the hotel's guest rooms and public areas for up to 4 devices per room.
- Two bottles of water in the room (Daily replenish).
- Use of computers in the lobby area (unlimited)
- 24-hour access to the fitness center
- Luggage storage on arrival and/or departure up until 9:00 PM (No overnight).
- Beach chair and umbrella services on the beach (1 umbrella and up to 4 chairs per room).

Service animals are permitted, however emotional support animals are not permitted.

Parking is available at the hotel as follows: $57 per car/per night - Oversize car $68.40 per car/ per night. (Vehicles 65" to 75" tall and over 181" long).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Die Lage

Cons:

Zimmer hellhörig, Türen waren nur Deko.
Restaurant laut und überlaufen. Essen war immer gleich, null Abwechslung.
Pool nicht einladend und nicht sauber
Auf der Terasse Vögel und Tauben auf den Tischen.

check in process was very hard - there was a lot of issue linked to fact we booked through booking.com and when it couldn’t be resolved staff told me to ring booking and they will sort it - they were not helpful at all

Pros:

Close location to where the wedding festivities were taking place nearby. Beach access was nice. Food service was good and quick. Great size room we were given, gorgeous ocean view. Breakfast included was phenomenal! Housekeeping and the bellhop and valet were so fast and kind.

Cons:

The room was very damp and musty. The pool itself was closed for half our stay. The hotel in general was a bit outdated. The price was very expensive.

the Staff. Really they were the best. Always polite and helping us for every little thing.

Cons:

there are many Argentines. If you don't have a problem with them screaming in the aisles when you are sleeping, to see them going with soccer t-shirts to have breakfast and serve themselves dishes for 3 people and leave half of them, stay in the pool seing like they leave dirty around the pool and tables, or if you want to go to the beach in the morning and use a deck chair, but you can't sit because are of all theme occupied with towels or bags so that no one else can use them, Until 4 hours later when the rest of their family arrives and you have nowhere to sit, then you can go to this hotel. Unfortunately as an Argentine that I am, if you can avoid them, even better. The staff is the best thing about the hotel, but they don't do so much. Without Argentines, the hotel would be a very good place. Greetings.

Pros:

Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Konumu iyiydi.

Cons:

Odalar temiz degil. Vale hizmeti çok pahalı. İlk gün önceden rica etmemize rağmen saatlerce oda vermediler. Çocuklarla rezil olduk bekledik.
