Un hotel chiquito pero muy muy completo. Habitación muy espaciosa y todo muy limpio. Pedimos dos cunas y nos dijeron que solo colocaban una por tema de espacio aunque creo que habrían entrado dos perfectamente, aunque es verdad que atendieron nuestra petición de que fuera una única cama y nos dieron una habitación con una cama de 1,80!! Así que hemos estado divinamente.
El bufet estaba muy rico aunque es verdad que había menos opciones que en otros que he estado. El desayuno buenísimo.
La piscina muy limpia y poco concurrida por lo que personalmente la he aprovechado muchísimo, me bajaba y estaba como 2 horas la piscina solo para mi (qué gozada), aunque la daba la sombra toda la tarde, el agua estaba buenísima.
El personal del comedor muy muy amable.
El hotel está en una zona inmejorable, muy cerca de la playa (cruzando la calle) y en una zona con mucho ambiente, muchas tiendas, heladerías y restaurantes. Muy cerca de la zona de la feria.
Los ascensores eran pequeños y no entraba el carro de nuestros niños, lo cual era un poco fastidio porque teníamos que subir y bajar el carro por las escalera.
Ya había estado en un par de ocasiones, siempre perfecto todo. Ahora con la reforma está incluso más bonito y acogedor. Las habitaciones muy confortables y amplias con terraza. La comida muy variada y apetitosa y el personal del hotel super amable intentando en todo momento hacerte sentir como en casa. Pongo un 10 a mi experiencia.

Habitación, Insuficiente para tres adultos y un niño, no había espacio donde dejar ropa y saltar de una cama a otra para acoplarse, enchufes encima del cabecero de cama, resumiendo habitación muy mal. e pide cambio de habitación, el director de hotel dice que están completos, y nos trasladan a otro hotel, pero se encuentra a 5 Km del centro
La cama era súper cómoda, y la habitación y el balcón súper amplios
Antes de ir me estuvieron llamando con que el pago no se había efectuado, después de toda la mañana estaban equivocados, tuve que enviarles justificante y la chica gue bastante desagradable. No tuvieron ni un detalle por el error, había un solo ascensor y siempre estaba lleno, no esta enfrente de la playa si no del puerto hace falta andar un pelín para zona de arena

Cobrar el Agua de la comida y cena con el precio que tiene alojamiento + PC, me parece excesivo cobrar el agua ( vino, gaseosa, refrescos etc ) lo veo perfecto pero cobrar el agua lo veo excesivo
La cochera también la veo muy cara 20 euros por noche
Y el personal quitando un camarero ( mayor) que era muy borde, mal encarado y un poco descarado, los demás todos excelentes y las chicas de comedor todas ellas un encanto de personas
El tema de desayunos comida y cena poca variedad

It’s right in front of the beach. The staff is very accommodating. We were going to drop off our suitcases there because we were arriving before check-in time. By the time we were stashed our suitcases in their closet, they happened to have the room ready and let us have the room key. Same thing when leaving, we checked out and left our suitcases there while going out to wait for our bus. Very easy going and helpful staff.
It was a bit smaller. But, that’s what my husband liked about it. We had to navigate the room and hang a towel from the TV to not hit our head on the corner of the small TV.
