Il posto è meraviglioso, ma quello che mi ha fatto stare meglio è stata la cordialità e gentilezza del personale. In ogni momento siamo stati seguiti e lo staff, in particolare il direttore Paul, hanno saputo aiutarci in ogni nostra richiesta. Anche quando abbiamo avuto problemi per un guasto all'aria condizionata hanno saputo aiutarci prontamente e sistemare la situazione. Torneremo al 100%

Pros:

Excelente trato, instalaciones y servicio. La habitación con piscina un verdadero lujo. El Buffet muy bueno, lo recomiendo totalmente, ideal para unas vacaciones de relax. Mención especial para Nati, que nos trató maravillosamente.

It was a perfect holiday staying at this hotel, cannot wait to go back someday!
Pros:

Stayed in a room that was right in front of the pool, the view was amazing. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was a really great place to stay for holiday, would definitely love to come back in future!

Cons:

Everything was great, the only downside I can think of is having more variety of food for breakfast.
