Perfecto para disfrutar del eje cafetero
Pros:

Hotel muy céntrico y cerca de todo. Destaco su tranquilidad y sobre todo la amabilidad de sus trabajadores en particular a Diana que nos ayudó y nos recomendó todo lo que teníamos que hacer. Gracias a ella nos libramos de que nos cobraran más en otros tours.

A evitar “habitaciones económicas”.
Pros:

Tiene una ubicación excelente y la limpieza es adecuada! Ofrecen agua y café, el personal es amable.

Cons:

Nos tocó una “habitación económica” con supuestas vistas a un “patio interior” pero la realidad es que la pequeña ventanita que tiene está conectada con la recepción del hotel (ruido, conversaciones), la lavandería… Ventilación inexistente. Deberían avisar de esto, puede resultar agobiante y no se corresponde con el precio pagado.
Si aseguran una habitación con ventana al exterior seguro que la experiencia mejora.
