.كانت اقامة ممتعة جدا وغير متوقعة بحكم انني اول مرة اذهب إلى مدينة الاسماعلية ووجود مثل هذا المنتجع فيها

الهدوء.النظافة. الشيف ماهر ومميز في إعداد الاكل.واجهة الغرفة كانت جميلة جدا كانت مطلة على المسبح وعلى البحر. وجود باب خلفي للغرفة للخروج للمسبح مباشرة.
وأتوجه بخالص الشكر والتقدير إلى إدارة الفندق، وأخصّ بالشكر والامتنان الأخت / أمنية في قسم الاستقبال.
لقد كان لمتابعتها الدقيقة وتواصلها الدائم معي قبل وصولي إلى الفندق أثر كبير في تسهيل إجراءات إقامتي ومنحي شعوراً بالراحة والترحيب الفائق. تميزت بأدائها المهني العالي، وأسلوبها الراقي في التعامل وحرصها على أدق التفاصيل.
أتمنى لها مزيداً من التوفيق والنجاح، وللفندق دوام التميز بوجود مثل هذه الكفاءات الرائعة.

I would like to highlight Ms. Amnia Qutb, as she is truly the star of this hotel. I cannot emphasize enough how her assistance made my stay so comfortable. The view was breathtaking, and it was all a result of Ms. Amnia's thoughtful choices..

Their breakfast was out of this world, i loved it.
