Hotel cómodo bien comunicado personal muy agradable
Pros:

Un hotel muy correcto, excelente comunicación con el centro por autobús en la puerta, el alojamiento facilita gratis el parking y el abono para transporte publico los días de la estancia

Echt toll für einen Altstadtbesuch
Pros:

Das Beste für uns war die Lage. Nur eine Viertelstunde zu Fuß und schon waren wir in der Altstadt. Die Rezeption war total unkompliziert, was Parkplatz betraf oder ein Upgrade auf das Zimmer usw.

Cons:

Wir hätten länger bleiben sollen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war jeden Tag gereinigt. Ich habe nur Nächtigung ohne Frühstück gebucht, daher keine Bewertung möglich. Lage und auch Parkplatz ist komfortabel zur Altstadt zu sehen.

Cons:

Teilweise war es etwas laut im Zimmer durch Geräusche von Gang oder Bad anderer Zimmer. Der Fernseher entspricht nicht mehr ganz dem Standard von 2026 und die Klimaanlage hat leicht gerochen.

Dobra lokalizacja, śniadanie standardowe. Bez uwag.

Cons:

Obsługa w recepcji. Osoba obsługująca (młoda kobieta) starała się za wszelką cenę przy zameldowaniu okazać brak szacunku i kultury. Przy wymeldowaniu musieliśmy czekać, aż skończy rozmowę w kuchni z jej personelem. Obiekt stosuje archaiczny formularz do zameldowania, który jest tylko w języku niemieckim (nie jest edytowalny). Należy go wydrukować. Większość hoteli, w których przebywaliśmy stosuje elektroniczne formularze, które po wypełnieniu przesyła się elektronicznie do hotelu. Ubikacje w tzw. apartamencie nie zapewniają intymności (brak drzwi).

We couldn’t imagine a better place to stay to enjoy andaynorntwo in Salzburg.
Pros:

It was very convenient for walking to the Old Town and very well appointed. We were given free bus passes which we used to get into the city on our second day. The staff allowed us to park our car in the car park throughout, and a bit beyond, our stay. The reception staff (particularly a gentleman with excellent English) were very welcoming and helpful. He came up immediately to our room to sort out an Aircon problem (which was my fault!). Our stay in Salzburg was greatly enhanced by our stay at Via Roma.

Cons:

Nothing at all. A great place to stay in all respects.

Een prima en heel gastvrij hotel met een makkelijke looproute naar de binnenstad.
Pros:

Heel gastvrij personeel, spreekt goed Engels. Mocht mijn auto al eerder parkeren op het eigen (wel erg krappe!) parkeerterrein achter het hotel. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Bushalte bijna pal voor het hotel. 20 minuten lopen en je bent in de binnenstad. Dat kan via een prachtige route langs het hogergelegen oude klooster, waar je een fantastisch uitzicht hebt over de stad en op de bergen.

Cons:

De kamer was wat verouderd (al leek de badkamer wel al eens vernieuwd). Ligt aan een drukke doorgaande weg dus veel lawaai van verkeer. Ook lawaai van de lift die naast mijn kamer zat. Prijs-kwaliteit viel tegen.
