Cons:

Delle stanze nulla da dire, la stradina che porta all'hotel non proprio carina, si tratta di pochi metri da una strada principale, tutto sommato tranquilla. Le stanze dell'hotel si trovano al 4 piano senza ascensore

Cons:

WARNING TO TRAVELERS: Unreliable & Non-Responsive Host!

​Do NOT book this place if you need reliable communication or flexible check-in.

​I reached out days in advance to arrange a late check-in, but the host completely ignored my messages via WhatsApp and Booking. After days of total silence, I was forced to book alternative accommodation to avoid being left on the street.

​Only on the day of arrival—and after Booking.com support intervened—did the host finally reply. When I requested a refund due to their initial failure to respond, they went silent again (ghosting).

​Even after Booking.com officially asked them to issue a full refund, they are refusing to co-operate and ignoring messages.

​Extremely unprofessional and dishonest behavior. Save yourself the stress and money—book somewhere else!

great location in central Tirana
Pros:

Great location only 5 minutes from the square. Room clean with extra large comfy bed. 4 flights of stairs and no lift, so not suitable if not fit to climb. Great value for money!
