Excellent location and the rooms were very spacious. Summer and her team on the front desk were friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with- Made my stop over in Busan enjoyable and one to return for.

The hotel is in a great location and directly opposite the beach. The staff were very attentive and I really liked the fact they messaged every day asking if I wanted any cleaning of the room etc. The hotel room itself was very comfortable and the view to the ocean was lovely. Overall really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay again next time I’m in Busan.
The one improvement I would suggest would be clearer instructions on how to find the property at first. Once you know it’s incredibly easy but it was a bit complicated to find when I arrived late at night after a long day! However when I called the hotel the staff helped me right away

Great view of Haeundae beach and convenient to access main shopping street. Love the 2 showers which made this a great apartment layout to share with friends, though would be even better if 2 separate toilets.
Balcony could be made into a nicer space with shelter and furniture
Incredible location on Hyundae Beach, only 10 min walk to the train and a few bus lines run nearby too. Free laundry is available at reception which we took advantage of and was a great service. Daily cleaning and top up of amenities and the reception was very responsive to questions. We truly enjoyed our stay here!

Es fing damit an, dass Sie uns in ein anderes Hotel versetzt haben. Es hat mit der Adresse und dem Namen UH Suite the Hundae nichts zu tun, Sie schicken dich in ein anderes Gebäude ca. 200merer weiter entfernt wo nicht einmal eine Rezeption ist die besetzt war. Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig und die Möbel veraltert und defekt. Der Sifon vom WC war defekt sowie die Wände total abgenutzt. Der Kühlschrank war fettig da wo man es öffnet. Die Fenster voll mit Flecken. Diese per Foto gemeldet hnd trotzdem nach der Reinigung nicht weggemacht.
Die Bilder die man beim Booking sieht haben nichts damit zu tun und sind sehr verwirrend.
Im Zimmer 405 hat es einen unangenehmen Gestank. Ausserdem läuft irgendwo ein Ventilator denn ich nicht ausfindig machen konnte.
The location was excellent.
I recently stayed at this property in Busan and unfortunately had a disappointing experience overall. While the location is great and very convenient, the condition of the hotel did not meet expectations for the price we paid.
One of the main inconveniences was that the hotel only has a single elevator, which made going up and down quite tedious. We were fortunate to be staying on the third floor near the stairs, so we ended up using those most of the time.
Although the room initially looked similar to the photos, the actual condition told a different story. The window handle was broken, the walls showed signs of water damage, and there were areas that appeared to be taped or previously damaged with visible tears. The sofa also did not seem properly cleaned—it had visible hair and large stains on the side.
The kitchen setup was puzzling. While there were pots, pans, utensils, and cups provided, there were no plates. When I asked the staff, I was told that plates are not provided, which seemed odd given everything else available for cooking and eating.
We also had trouble with the air conditioning and were unable to get it working. Since our stay was only two nights, we didn’t pursue it further.
The bathroom had several issues as well. When we arrived, it appeared that candles had been used to mask a strong odor. While showering, I noticed mold along the seams, and water would leak out into the rest of the bathroom. Additionally, the bathroom door handle was loose.
Overall, this property needs more attention and maintenance. Given the price, I expected a much higher standard. While the location is a plus, I would not stay at this specific property again or recommend it to others.
Views are epic - level 15, room with terrace. Summer at front reception was helpful. Aesthetically appealing but unfortunately not practical to stay for 4 nights. No storage, no coffee or tea (ie no mugs), no laundry facilities (however you can drop your clothes to reception for washing at no cost), one lift only (long wait time) however the view and location is memorable.

The view of the beach from the room was amazing. The staff was very polite. I forgot my valuables in the room and I already had checked out, but they couriered it for me to my next stay. Amazingly helpful and kind staff.
Location and view are good.
The service and facilities are poor. The soffit light in one room did not work, so the room is dark although they provided a small desktop lamp. The hotel stated would repair the light next date, however, the light had not been fixed till we checked out on the 5th day. The hotel did not update the repair status with us. Also, the floor drain in shower room was easily blocked. Floor drain was blocked again on alternative day after fixing. The room was for six persons, but only provided one small rubbish bin. Only one spare toilet tissue was provided for four night. The tissue was not refilled after the spare was used up.
