Beautiful property with stunning ocean front views in the heart of Haeundae
Pros:

Friendly staff. Stunning Ocean front views. Great location in the heart of Haeundae. Steps away from the beach. Beautiful Aesthetic to their rooms and their tub was like a private mini pool.

Cons:

A little confusing trying to find the Front Desk. Also we couldn’t get the A/C to get any cooler and the floors felt heated too, the combination made the room a bit warm during the day time.

Cons:

土日は夜22時過ぎまでビーチで大音量のカラオケ大会（ライブ？）が続き、うるさすぎてなかなか眠れなかった。

Busan is beautiful! Not this place.
Pros:

Ocean view right in front of Haeundae Beach to watch the sunrise and sunset. The hustle of night and the Busking Battles.

Cons:

Shower clogged twice. Called once to have maintenance check it but no follow up. Next night both showers flooded, but management couldn’t tell me if it was fixed. Upon check out - told front desk again about it. Staff didn’t say a word.

La posizione e la vista sulla spiaggia di Haeundae. La camera era molto spaziosa.

Cons:

Le pulizie vengono fatte a giorni alterni e comunque in modo superficiale. La doccia è completamente libera, che comporta l'allagamento di tutto il bagno. Hanno dimenticato di mettere il silicone sotto il vetro.

Luxury and Location without the price tag.
Pros:

Everything. Such a fantastic spot, the private bath in our room overlooking the ocean. Waking up in the morning and looking straight out at the ocean. Just spectacular.

Gute Lage. Alles gut erreichbar. Betten sehr gemütlich und das Sofa auch.

Cons:

Viele Schäden und Verschmutzungen an den Wänden. Flecken und Klebstoffreste an den Wänden und den Fenster. Schmutzflecken auf dem Holz über dem TV. Lampenschirm der Stehlampe war lose und hing nur an den 2 Leitungen mit 230V die scharfen Kanden von dem Metall können die Isolierung beschädigen und wer die Lampe berührt kann einen Stromschlag bekommen.
