Upon checking into our family room, we discovered several significant cleanliness issues, including bloodstains on the bedsheets, human hair on the floor, dirt marks on the walls, and an unsanitary bathroom. The overall state of the room was entirely unsatisfactory.

I promptly reported these concerns to the reception desk. However, the receptionist informed me that housekeeping services were unavailable and was unable to offer a resolution or assistance. Furthermore, the demeanor of the receptionist was unhelpful.

I am profoundly dissatisfied with both the cleanliness standards and the level of customer service provided. I advise potential guests to carefully consider these points before making a reservation. I cannot recommend this establishment.
