I had an excellent stay at Odest Al Madinah. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Its location is another major advantage—it's just a short walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and is directly in front of Gate 328, making it extremely convenient for visiting the Haram.

From the moment you enter the room, you're welcomed by a fresh, pleasant scent that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding.

The service was excellent from start to finish. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance.

The room was equipped with absolutely everything you could think of. They provided towels, slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, body sponges, shaving cream, razors, a sewing kit with thread and a needle, a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, a safe, and many other thoughtful amenities. Every little detail had been considered, making the stay incredibly convenient and comfortable.

I would also like to give special thanks to Khalid Al Mohammadi for his kindness, professionalism, and his excellent management of the housekeeping and cleanliness. His dedication was clearly reflected in the outstanding condition of the hotel.

والغرفة جدا جدا حاااره المكيف زي عدمه ونقلنا غرفة ثانيه اسوء من قبل ماقدرنا حتى ننام من الحر وضيقه مافي مكان حتى للصلاه بالاضافة الى الشبكة ضعيفة جدا
حتى النظافه مو ذاك الزود ماغير يرشون المعطرات على قلة النظافة
كان المفروض يعطونا خبر
ولازم تطلبهم الاشياء الاساسيه زي المناشف والمناديل ..الخ لان الغرف كلها فااااضيه
طبعا انحدينا على المكان لان مافي استرداد للمبلغ
