Mr Jahangir from house keeping brought my phone charger to me when I was about to leave but taxi after the check out. Mr Khalid took special care that I had a comfortable stay
Its close to Haram. You can actually see the haram while standing at the hotel entrance

وأخص بالشكر والتقدير الأستاذ خالد عبد الناصر المحمدي، فقد كان في قمة الاحترام وحسن الاستقبال، ومتعاونًا جدًا معنا طوال فترة الإقامة، وحرص على تلبية جميع طلباتنا واحتياجاتنا بكل رحابة صدر وسرعة استجابة. بصراحة، وجود شخص بهذه الأخلاق والتعامل الراقي جعل إقامتنا أكثر راحة وطمأنينة، ولم نشعر خلال إقامتنا بأننا بحاجة لأي شيء.

كما أن موقع الفندق مميز جدًا، وقربه من المسجد النبوي

بكل صراحة، كانت تجربة مريحة ومميزة، ونشكر الفندق على حسن التعامل والخدمة، والشكر الخاص للأستاذ خالد عبد الناصر المحمدي على اهتمامه وتعاونه الاستثنائي.

Pros:

Location was very close to gate no. 329 of Masjid Al Nabwi. It was the greatest plus for this hotel also many Pakistani restaurants were on the ground floor.

Cons:

Room was congested and there was little to no place for placing the luggage. Also, the price was very high.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended

I am currently staying at ODST Al Madinah Hotel, and although I still have more than five days remaining in my stay, I wanted to write this review now because I truly feel that the hotel and its staff deserve to be recognised for the wonderful service they have provided.

This is my first visit to Saudi Arabia, and my experience in Madinah has been absolutely beautiful. Staying here has made the experience even more special.

From the moment we arrived, the service has been excellent. The cleanliness and hygiene are outstanding — the bedrooms, bathrooms, bedsheets, and all the complimentary items are exceptionally well maintained. Everything feels clean, comfortable and well looked after.

The staff are genuinely wonderful. They treat guests with respect, care, honesty and kindness. I would especially like to mention the sisters / ladies at reception, who have been amazing. They are polite, helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. Their attitude makes you feel welcomed and respected.

I would also like to give special appreciation to the management and housekeeping team, particularly Khaled Abdulnasser Al-Mohammadi, who has been extremely professional. The level of care and attention from the team has been excellent.

The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is less than two minutes’ walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi (the Prophet’s Mosque), making access to the Haram extremely easy and convenient. There is also a good variety of facilities and services nearby.

For anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, respectful and reasonably priced place to stay in Madinah, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I am 100% satisfied with my stay so far. Insha’Allah, whenever I return to Madinah, I will be very happy to stay here again. I sincerely thank everyone at the hotel for making my first experience in Saudi Arabia and Madinah so beautiful.
