ACs not working properly and slow reception staff
Pros:

The house keeping staff was so professional and supportive. The cleanliness of the facility was good.

Cons:

Firstly, the reception staff was so slow and their was only one guy sitting at the peak time that was very unprofessional. Their system was down after every 5-10 mins and that resulted in a long queue and it took more than one hour in my check in. Afterwards, The AC of one of my rooms was not working I complained about it and they have told me to wait and after 2 hours I have got my room replaced. The air conditioning of this hotel needs to be fixed as there were other people also with the same complaint.
