Its a 3 stars hotel so not perfect
Pros:

The view is amazing, the bed is soft and comfortable, the air conditioner is good (i was worried a bit but i read somewhere they remodelled the rooms and it sure looks like it). The minibar was also very good, i put it on max and it freezed the ice packs as i hoped.

Cons:

No elevator! So take notice if you come with big bags, no one offered to help us. The room itself was mostly white with nothing on the walls, the closet is just some open shelves. No espresso at the breakfest, and we're in Italy.. the water went sometime colder or warmer in the middle of the shower. Not all the electric plugs worked.
And take notice the check out is between 8 and 11 if you're having an early flight

Pros:

Stunning views from both room and hotel terrace, good size balcony, comfy bed, delicious dinner menu, friendly staff. It's about a 30 minute walk to the centre of Bellagio, but the hotel do a regular free shuttle run to and from.

Vista e café da manhã excelentes, Tasso uma ressalva para atendente Silvia, educada, atenciosa, nota 10 para ela.

Rigtigt dejligt hotel med forrygende beliggenhed og personale.
Pros:

Beliggenheden og personalet var fabelagtigt. Man fornemmer virkeligt, at gæsternes oplevelse betyder noget for hotellet.

Cons:

Vi havde tre overnatninger og tog flere gange drikkevarer med på værelset efter aftale med personalet. De brugte glas m.m. blev dog konsekvent ikke fjernet i forbindelse med værelsesrengøring. Det ægrede os.

De locatie, mooi hotelleke met een prachtig uitzicht, eigen parking, honden zijn zeer welkom, personeel is ook heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, lekker uitgebreid ontbijt, bar en restaurant ter plaatse. Wij komen zeker nog terug.

Cons:

Wij komen hier al jaren, als tussenstop richting Toscane. De prijzen zijn enorm gestegen met de nieuwe uitbaters, natuurlijk ook omdat alles gerenoveerd wordt, maar hopelijk blijft het betaalbaar voor iedereen!

Fantastisk beliggenhet og utsikt! Veldig fint med gratis shuttle fra sentrum som du kunne booke i resepsjonen eller ved å kontakte via WhatsApp. God mat både til frokost og middag, og veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Pluss for god seng på rommet og fantastisk å ha egen balkong på rommet.

Eneste vi mislikte var at det var åpning i veggen fra badet inn til rommet
