Pros:

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The room was extremely dirty, with unclean bedsheets and pillow covers. The bathroom was in terrible condition—there was a bad smell, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly.

The staff behavior was also very rude and unprofessional. They seemed to have no basic sense of customer service. Even the AC and lights were not working properly, and despite multiple complaints, no action was taken.

After paying so much money, receiving such poor service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Total waste of money and time.

Cons:

Yeh hotel meri life ka sabse bekaar experience raha. Room bilkul ganda tha, bedsheet aur pillow cover saaf nahi the, aur bathroom ki condition toh aur bhi kharab thi — smell aa rahi thi aur proper cleaning nahi hui thi. Staff ka behaviour bhi rude tha, kisi ko customer service ka basic sense tak nahi tha.

AC aur lights bhi properly kaam nahi kar rahe the, aur complaint karne par bhi koi action nahi liya gaya. Itna paisa dene ke baad bhi aisi ghatiya service milna bilkul unacceptable hai.

Main kisi ko bhi recommend nahi karunga is hotel mein stay karne ke liye. Total waste of money and time.
