Pros:

Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Das Check-In ist vollelektronisch. Der Check-In-Prozess brach ab, eine erneuter Start war nicht möglich. Personal gab es keines. Die Hotel- und die Support-Nummer wurden nicht bedient. Einem anderen Gast (dessen Zimmerkarte plötzlich nicht mehr funktionierte) gelang es schliesslich, jemanden zu erreichen, der via Fernwartung einzelne Zimmertüren öffnen konnte. Insgesamt ein sehr schlechter, nervenaufreibender Prozess. Dazu kommt, dass beim Check-In zahlreiche persönliche Informationen abgefragt werden, die zwingend angegeben werden müssen, die aber aus Datenschutzsicht nicht zu rechtfertigen sind (z.B. E-Mail Adresse der Mitreisenden).

Bon hôtel avec de jolies chambres, très bien situé

L’emplacement, les pass pour monter en cabine à la Gemmi, la décoration

Cons:

Le Check-in sans personnel après une arrivée à 17h, impossible de pouvoir accéder à la chambre sans devoir appeler car le système d’enregistrement ne fonctionne pas. Plusieurs clients étaient dans le même cas à l’entrée de l’hôtel.
Très chaud dans la chambre. Buffet du petit déjeuner était très dégarni, plus de viennoiseries et fruits frais après 8h30 alors que c’est ouvert jusqu’à 10h.

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, emplacement au cœur du village. Pas de parking mais ce n’est
Vraiment pas un souci parking public à 5 min à pied. Petit déjeuner très bien juste ce qu’il faut.
Nous avons passé 2 nuits parfait pour un week-end, je recommande

Le cheking réception pourrait être jusqu’à 18 h. Le cheking sur borne c’est bien mais 17 h un peu tôt

Pros:

Hotel befindet sich mitten im Dorf. Das Haus ist liebevoll mit Blumen geschmückt. Im Innern alles autentisch renoviert, viel Holz, einfach grmütlich.

Un joli hôtel refait, avec une bonne literie. Parfait pour un court séjour

Hotel bien placé, joliment refait avec un certain charme. Bonne literie. Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Rien. Tout au plus si vous êtes fan de TV... la connexion était laborieuse (très mauvaise qualité d'image).
