Preis-Leistung nicht stimmig
Pros:

Sehr gut war die Lage des Hotels direkt am Chiemsee und an der Seepromenade.

Cons:

Das Hotel war total veraltet und der Rasen um das Hotel verwahrlost. Der Parkplatz beim Hotelgebäude 2 war unaufgeräumt. Der Lärmpegel des Straßenverkehrs zur Unterkunft war sehr hoch (uralte Fenster). Daher war der Preis meiner Meinung nach überhöht!!!
Servicepersonal beim Frühstück war teilweise nicht sehr freundlich (kein "Guten Morgen ", ...).

Pros:

Frühstück war gut, hätte etwas üppiger sein können.Lage war toll durch unmittelbare Lage neben den Dampferstegen. Restaurant super.

Cons:

Erreichbarkeit war durch schlechte Ausschilderung nicht gut.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist klasse als Startpunkt für diverse Ausflüge. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut.

Cons:

Hier und da eine kleine Frischzellenkur notwendig. Sehr harte Betten.

Pros:

Frühstück war gut. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Lage des Hotels für meine Zwecke.

Cons:

Badezimmer ohne Dusche, nur mit Wanne; für ältere Menschen eher gefährlich. Die Matratze war sehr weich. Das Hotel machte in Summe den Eindruck in die Jahre gekommen zu sein.

sehr zentral am See und Hauptparkplatz

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Auswahl gut und der Service sehr nett. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den See ist toll!
Die Aussicht auf den See war allgemein sehr schön! Das Zimmer war recht groß und pragmatisch eingerichtet.

Cons:

Wir waren in Haus 2 untergebracht mit einem Zimmer direkt zum Parkplatz und mit Sonneneinstrahlung direkt ins Zimmer!
Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt war es entsprechend heiß! Vor den Fenstern sind Fensterläden von außen angebracht, wo bei uns aber leider einer fehlte, daher Sonneneinstrahlung pur! Also abends Fenster aufmachen und auf eine kühle Brise gehofft. Leider war es am Sonntagabend aber vom Parkplatz her bis Mitternacht so laut, das wir kaum ein Auge zubekommen haben. Dazu fing es dann heftig an zu stürmen, so dass die Außenfensterläden die ganze Zeit auf und zu geschlagen sind, ein befestigen war nicht möglich, da defekt. Am Montagabend war es deutlich ruhiger und auch nicht stürmisch, daher deutlich besser.

Великолепное местотрасположение отеля Haus 1. Просторный номер, удобная кровать, тихо, отличный завтрак с видом на озеро.

Cons:

Отсутствие чайника в номере, но по запросу предоставили термос с горячей водой.
