Pros:

とても高級感のあるホテルでした。エントランスも客室も豪華で、滞在中は特別感を味わえます。

ホテルでありながら、キッチンやドラム式洗濯機が備わっており、長期滞在にも適した設備が整っています。客室は広々として清潔感があり、とても快適に過ごせました。

アメニティも非常に充実しています。スリッパや物干しラックを利用しましたが、タオルも十分な枚数が用意されていました。さらに、ドライヤー、歯ブラシ、かみそり、バスローブ、アイロンなど、必要なものは一通り揃っています。シャワーの水圧・温度も申し分ありません。キッチンには調理器具が備えられ、冷凍庫やウォーターサーバーも利用できました。コンセントの数も十分で、日本のAタイプのコンセントに対応しているため、変換プラグなしで充電できたのも便利でした。また、タイプAのケーブルも充電可能です。

館内には、1階にカフェ、地下に日本食レストランとインド料理店があります。価格帯はやや高めですが、落ち着いた雰囲気の中で質の高い食事を楽しめます。私は夕食にインド料理店、翌朝はカフェで朝食を利用しました。インド料理店では個室に案内され、ゆったりと食事ができました。朝食はアメリカンやアジアンなどのセットメニューから選べます。私はアメリカンセットを選び、パンケーキやオムレツを美味しくいただきました。ボリュームも十分でした。

何より印象的だったのは、スタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティです。チェックイン時から親しみやすく接してくださり、館内ですれ違う際にも気さくに声をかけていただきました。チェックアウト後に荷物を預けた際も丁寧に対応してくださり、空港へ向かうタクシーを外で待っている間も「何かお手伝いできることはありますか」と気遣っていただくなど、細やかな心配りが随所に感じられました。スタッフの皆さんの高いプロ意識のおかげで、終始気持ちよく滞在できました。

今回は利用しませんでしたが、5km圏内であれば送迎サービスが利用できるそうです。また、プールやジムも併設されています。ぜひまた宿泊したいと思えるホテルでした。

Cons:

ホテル周辺には屋台がいくつかありますが、徒歩圏内にスーパーやコンビニ、飲食店はほとんどありません。そのため、食事や買い物には車での移動が必要です。これはホテルだけではなくジャカルタ全体に共通する印象ですが、地図上では近くに見える飲食店やスーパーでも、歩いて行くのは難しい場所が多く、基本的に車で移動することになります。また、モナスやGrand Indonesiaなどの主要スポットも距離自体はそれほど遠くありませんが、渋滞の影響で移動には予想以上に時間がかかりました。

トイレットペーパーの残量が少なかったものの、予備が用意されていなかった点は少し気になりました。また、シャワールームの扉は完全には閉まらない構造でした。ただし、バスルーム自体が広く、シャワールームとの間に段差もあるため、水が外へ大きく漏れることはありませんでした。

テレビは視聴中に一度停止し、再度起動が必要になることがありました。滞在中に2回ほど同じ症状がありました。

私が確認し忘れたこともありますが、Wi-Fiのパスワードの確認方法が分からず、滞在中は持参したeSIMを利用しました。ただ、ホテル周辺では電波状況があまり良くなく、通信が不安定になる場面がありました。

Luxus pur im Nobelviertel von Jakarta
Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich purer Luxus. Dort stimmt wirklich alles. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und es gibt sogar einen Butler-Service. Alles ist neu und von höchster Qualität. Wir waren im Executive Apartment mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern. Extrem viel Platz. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Waschtrockner, Nespresso Maschine und Trinkwasserspender. Das Gym ist klein aber OK und der Pool sehr schön. Das indische Restaurant im Keller haben wir auch genutzt und auch dieses war prima. Sicher alles für indonesische Verhältnisse etwas teurer aber dafür bekommt man einen Luxus, den man sich in Europa kaum leisten kann oder würde. Meine volle Empfehlung!

Cons:

Lediglich die Kopfkissen waren für unseren Geschmack etwas hart. Wahrscheinlich hätte man auch weichere haben können aber wir haben nicht nachgefragt.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed.

The staff were extremely friendly and responsive, making sure we felt welcome and had all the information we needed throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting. We would happily come back again!

Pros:

Prachtige grote kamers met hoge plafonds, super aardig personeel en heel handig dat je kunt appen met de e-butler. Gratis drop offs binnen een straal van 5km, alles is ontzettend schoon, de bedden liggen heerlijk en ook het zwembad is heel fijn. Locatie is lekker rustig en vlakbij heerlijke restaurants, malls etc.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niks, het enige is dat het wel heel rustig was in het hotel, alsof er bijna niemand verbleef.

Très propre, très grands espaces, très calme, très grand lit, personnel au petit soin et accueillant

Cons:

Pas de buffet pour le petit déjeuner, la piscine est jolie et propre mais les alentours de la piscine ne sont pas cosy.

Pros:

The staff made our one week stay in Jakarta a relaxing and an enjoyable one. From Rifan and Alvin at the front desk to the young ladies that help with our breakfast room service and housekeeping staff went above and beyond to make our stay at The Grand Mansion a memorable one. We will definitely come back to The Grand Mansion on our next trip to Jakarta.
