Nie wieder in diesem Hotel!

Ich habe die größte Enttäuschung seit über 15 Jahren erlebt, seit ich Booking.com nutze und seit über 20 Jahren durch Europa reise. Ich hatte wie schon vor einigen Jahren eine Suite in diesem Hotel für mich und meine Familie gebucht. Bei meiner Ankunft stellte ich fest, dass die Suite weder Klimaanlage noch einen Balkon hatte, anders als bei meinem ersten Aufenthalt – etwas, das nirgendwo auf der Website erwähnt wurde. Draußen waren es am Wochenende über 38 Grad, in der Suite um die 33 Grad. Als ich an der Rezeption nachfragte, bekam ich völlig absurde Antworten! Mir wurde gesagt, ich hätte selbst merken müssen, dass die Suite keine Klimaanlage hat. Als ich erwiderte, dass ich das unmöglich hätte merken können, bekam ich eine noch dümmere Antwort! Genau wie ich nach dem Parkplatz gefragt hatte, der natürlich nicht existiert, hätte ich auch nach der Klimaanlage fragen sollen! Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass eine Suite in einem 4-Sterne-Wellnesshotel, die über 180 Euro pro Nacht kostet, keine Klimaanlage hat! Uns wurde ein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt, der außer Lärm und der Umwälzung der heißen Luft im Zimmer nichts taugte! Ich hatte vor drei Jahren gebucht und damals Klimaanlage und Balkon gehabt. Ich konnte es nicht fassen, dass dieses Hotel Luxussuiten ohne Klimaanlage verkauft, wenn es draußen 40 Grad heiß ist! Außerdem verbrühte sich unsere kleine Tochter fast mit heißem Wasser aus dem Waschbecken, obwohl der Wasserhahn auf Kaltwasser eingestellt war – und das passierte jedes Mal, wenn wir das Waschbecken benutzten. Der Gipfel der Frechheit war dann Sonntagmorgen um Punkt 6 Uhr, als ein LKW des Wäsche- und Handtuchservices kam und über 20 Minuten lang einen Höllenlärm veranstaltete, während wir versuchten, mit offenen Fenstern zu schlafen, um wenigstens etwas Luft zu bekommen. Eine Schande für ein Hotel mit solchen Ansprüchen. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen und wir werden nie wieder dorthin zurückkehren.

Мне кажется было бы еще лучше, если бы был выход из бассейна на маленькую терассу, где можно было бы немного позагорать.
Pros:

Отличный отель: начиная от рецепции включая ресторан, лечебное отделение и все, кто следил за чистотой и порядком. Коллектив работает слаженно и все для клиента. Завтраки хорошие - особенно порадовал свекольный сок. Ужины тоже брали - был шведский стол, достаточно разнообразный, была и рыба и мясо и овощи. Бассейн и джакузи с соленой водой, температура комфортная.

Dankeschön - es war wieder super.
Frühstück ist okay, könnte etwas mehr Abwechslung vertragen. Es fehlen koffeeinfreie Kaffeevarianten.

Parkplatzprobleme, Parkplatz konnte nicht bis Ende des Aufenthalts genutzt werden. Auto musste 30 min fussläufig geparkt werden, Saunabereich ungünstig angeordnet, zu wenig Liege- oder Sitzmöbel im gesamten Wellnessbereich

Cons:

Das Frühstück war wirklich nicht gut… am ersten Tag gab es gar kein Ei, am zweiten hatten wir uns dann über Rührei gefreut, wurden aber maßlos enttäuscht. Pulverei in einer undefinierbaren Flüssigkeit. Auswahl insgesamt eher spärlich. Bei 4 Sternen und dem Preis von mehr als 160€ die Nacht habe ich aber mehr erwartet.
