מלון מרשים בוטיקי ומעוצב בטוב טעם, הצוות היה אדיב ונענה לכל בקשה. המלון ממוקם על חוף הים והקרבה היה מושלמת, החדרים היו בטוב טעם, מעוצבים בצורה מושלמת עם כל השירותים הנדרשים בחדר.
ארוחת הבוקר היתה מעולה הכל בטוב טעם. בסמיכות למלון מסעדות ממש טובות. בהחלט תמורה הולמת למחיר ממליצה בחום

החדר היה בהחלט נקודת האור של השהייה — מרווח, נעים, עם מרפסת ונוף יפה לים.

לצערי, השירות היה בדיוק ההפך. הצוות הרגיש לא מקצועי ולא ערוך לטפל אפילו בסיטואציות בסיסיות. בעקבות שינוי במספר האורחים בהזמנה, נאלצנו להמתין למעלה משעתיים עד שהנושא טופל, כשאנחנו עם שני ילדים ובשעה שכבר הייתה סביב חצות. במקום שמארח משפחות, הייתי מצפה להתנהלות הרבה יותר יעילה ומתחשבת.

גם מחדר האוכל התאכזבנו מאוד. האוכל לא הרגיש טרי, המבחר היה מצומצם והתחושה הכללית הייתה של חיסכון על חשבון האורחים. הדבר שהכי צרם לי היה לשמוע בעצמי אחד ממנהלי המשמרת מנחה את הצוות, כאשר נכנסה קבוצה גדולה של אורחים, לסדר ולצמצם את האוכל כך שייראה כאילו יש הרבה — במקום להוציא מבחר נוסף. מבחינתי זה אומר הרבה על רמת האירוח.

חבל, כי למלון יש פוטנציאל מצוין בזכות החדרים והמיקום, אבל שירות ומזון הם חלק משמעותי מחוויית מלון, ובמקרה שלנו הם הורידו מאוד את הרמה הכללית.
