Pros:

Skvěle umístěný hotel v centru města. Jde vidět, že se zde o něj starají, byl poměrně hezky opravený a uklizený. Dobrá snídaně. Parkování v uličce naproti hotelu. Největší přednost je ale personál, hlavně Simou, který se vším rád pomohl a dokázal poradit. Navedl nás k parkování, pomohl s kufry a potom ještě pomohl s místy, která ve městě navštívit a které byly i zaslané v mapě. Dokonce nám i poradil s místy, kde se najíst! Tohle byly věci, za které jsme byli nejvíc vděční.

Cons:

Některým místům uvnitř hotelu by slušela nová omítka, jinak není, co vytknout.

Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with lots of great suggestions about sights to see. The room was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. I arrived by bus so I liked that the hotel is just 4 minutes from the station which avoids a huge uphill walk with luggage for hotels inside the Medina

Cons:

Nothing. It was a great stay.

Charming riad just outside the Medina.
Pros:

The double room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and engaging. Breakfast served in the rooftop terrace was delicious. Strong coffee and fresh orange juice.

Cons:

All the rooms are upstairs and the roof top is 6 flights up...72 steps! But that is typical in Morocco.

Pros:

The hotel is located very near to CTM bus station in Chefshaoun, although it is a bit further away from the main Medina.

The boys at the reception (Simo, Ahmed and Osman) were extremely hospital. Upon arrival, Simo was kind enough to offer some water bottles, nice rose buds for my wife and daughter and toys for 2 sons. He also gave info about the places to take pics inside the medina & gave a little late check out too, as our bus to Tangier was around 1.45 p.m.

The family room was extremely spacious with a small living area with a sofa and 3 rooms (2 rooms with double beds and 1 room with 2 single beds).

Breakfast lady was very friendly too and the breakfast was alright although the quantity was bit too tight. Further, given the fact that oranges are in abundance in Chefshaoun (even there are orange trees on the streets), a jug of fresh orange juice would have been nicer for 5 of us than just 1 glass per each person.

Overall, it was a nice stay and thank you everyone for your kind hospitality.

Cons:

The bathroom was not very modern and breakfast quantity could be improved with more fresh orange juice.

Fijn familie hotel in Chefchaouen
Pros:

Geweldig familie hotel nabij het centrum van Chefchaouen. In 15 minuten lopen ben je in de medina. We werden hartelijk ontvangen met flesjes water en een rode roos voor de dame. Grote kamer met een apart zitgedeelte en een apart slaapgedeelte. Bed was aan de harde kant, alleen hebben we er niet minder om geslapen. Wel wat lawaai van de straat, onze kamer lag aan de straatzijde. Een goed ontbijt in de ochtend wat genuttigd kon worden op het prachtige dakterras. Super vriendelijke mensen, een fijne ervaring!

Cons:

Lawaai van verkeer.

Unbedingt empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Osman, dem Rezeptionisten!

Pros:

Personnel very friendly and helpfull. Very warm reception and central room, rooms are nice and characteristic. And hugeeeee was our room

Cons:

Breakfast was minimum and a bit cheapy, moreover super cold on the rooftop. The wind blew us from the chair. For the summmertime it should be okay, but in begin of April ...... And it was quite a long walk to the central plaza with a steep part, for my mother (78) not quite convenient. It almost tends to taking a taxi to the center ....

Blue delight.
Pros:

The reception people were very friendly and helpful. All the staff were good. The breakfast was excellent. Everything about the hotel was brilliant
I thought the roof terrace area was fantastic
The hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the main bus station and walking distance to the Medina and all other places of interest. It was a perfect stay

Pros:

Othman hat uns unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Er kam uns sogar auf der Straße entgegen und geleitete uns direkt in die Garage, wo unser Motorrad sicher unterstellen konnten. Zur Begrüßung gab es erst einmal Wasser und wir durften sogar früher ins Zimmer- ein wirklich toller Service. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und super sauber.Besonders hilfreich war die Besichtigungstour per WhatsApp, mit der man die Stadt wunderbar selbstständig erkunden konnte.Das Frühstück war fantastisch und auf der traumhaften Dachterrasse ein echtes Highlight. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Pros:

Hotel très chaleureux. Excellent accueil du personnel. J’apprécie la petite attention donnée à l’arrivée. L’hôtel est la chambre étaient très propre. Très bon petit déjeuner complet pris sur la terrasse avec vue sympa !

Pros:

Lo mejor del lugar es el personal. Especialmente Ahmed que nos ha tratado muy bien desde el principio siempre alegre. Nos dio a elegir entre varias habitaciones y se tomó el tiempo de enviarnos una lista con los lugares a visitar paso por paso más recomendaciones varias de lugares para comer, etc. Las habitaciones espaciosas y limpias. Tienen una nevera que no siempre es fácil de encontrar y para calentar agua. Te indican donde aparcar( gratis) el coche a unos pasos del hotel lo cual es muy práctico. Esta a unos 15 min del centro histórico lo que para nosotros estuvo bien y nos ahorramos el estrés del estacionamiento. El desayuno muy completo y la terraza es muy bonita ! Lo recomiendo sin dudar para una visita a la ciudad azul 💙

Cons:

Dado que la habitación daba a la calle era algo ruidosa pero con tapones de oídos no hay problema

Bellissimo pernottamento
Pros:

Lo staff sia in reception che in colazione sono sicuramente un plus per la struttura.
La stanza in sé un po' anonima, poteva essere una camera di albergo qualsiasi in qualsiasi nazione, ma era pulita, ordinata e spaziosa.
Colazione eccellente, ricca e di qualità.
Struttura non proprio vicina alla medina, per raggiungere il centro città si inizia subito con una "bella" salita, circa 15 minuti a piedi.
