Pros:

La ubicación y que el hotel es bonito

Cons:

Que no tengan la posibilidad de pagar con tarjeta de crédito y además que en la noche fui despertada por el ruido y risas de las personas que llegaron de madrugada, debería haber una persona controlando eso

Buena estancia
Pros:

se encuentra en una zona tranquila
es limpio y sobre todo cuidan el hotel
el personal realmente te atiende, en mi caso llegué a las 11:30 pm y me esperaron para ayudarme al ingreso

Cons:

pueden mejorar indicando q el check out es máximo a las 11 am normalmente en otros hoteles siempre es entre las 12 a 1 pm eso si incomodó la estadía

Quería ducharme con agua caliente, pero NOOOO
Pros:

La ubicación es bueno para irse al centro.

Cons:

No fucionó agua caliente. Varias veces le avisé al coordinador del hotel. Pero no trató de resolverlo. Entonces tuve que ducahrme con agua fresco. Para colmo había muchos pelos en la sábana y manchas.

Cons:

Por lo menos la habitación que nos toco las sabanas estaban manchadas como las toallas , un enchufe no funcionaba cogio corriente al tratar de desconectar el cargador

Disappointing stay. The soundproofing is very poor, with way too much noise. The Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible unstable and basically unusable most of the time. The staff doesn’t speak English, which makes communication difficult. Breakfast is far from acceptable: no self-service, no variety, always the same food in very small portions. The drinks are bland and tasteless.

On top of that, the hotel name shown on Booking is not the real name of the hotel. I only found out the actual name by reading other guests’ reviews. This is unacceptable, as it is misleading and causes confusion, and the hotel does not mention or correct this anywhere.
