Pros:

The view was so great, even the location is easy to find on maps. The place surrounded with beautiful pine trees. But unfortunately the hotel facilities need to improve moreover. Cleanliness not so good. The window was full of dust and the television cannot use.i hope it will be better after this. Please upgrade your service. Thank you

tiada di sediakan 3 in 1 drink utk guest.memandangkan lokasi berada di atas bukit,kesukaran utk drive keluar/masuk menjadi salah 1 punca guest malas utk keluar mencari bekalan makan.hotel boleh sediakan kedai runcit di reception bg memudahkan guest membeli barang makanan dan keperluan.

The room & toilet is dirty..smell badly..no shower gel provided at all..the corridoor lamp not function..the room is scary..i cant sleep well..the room smell not good..tv not function at all..the tile so sticky..cadar tak bersih, ada kesan tombokan air coklat kotor, sampai gatal2 kami tido..once kami mintak bersih bilik & tukar cadar, baru lah hilang gatal tu..so sad
