L'emplacement, l'accueil, le petit déjeuner

Le prix pour l'accès piscine et spa 45 minutes Maxi 11€ + 6 € pour un enfant de 8 ans
La climatisation, impossible de régler la température de la chambre

Tot ell força cuidat i bonic

Cons:

Estàs a Andorra on el idioma és el català i a recepció no entenien el català, penòs.

Això sí francès, anglès i castellà.

Tots aquests treballadors argentins no tenen gens de ganes d'apendre el català.

Assez bruyant la nuit, soit à cause de la rue avec fenêtre ouverte, soit à cause du bruit de la ventilation avec fenêtre fermée.
La salle de bain est mal ventilée.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

I had an upgraded room which was very comfortable and had a nice big tub. The spa was very well equipped and I had it to myself when I used it. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel. I shall use it again.

Cons:

The room I upgraded too offered a smart tv, however the hotel has a restriction on it which does not allow any streaming, they say for data protection. This unfortunately leaves you with the very limited Andorran TV channels. This is why I give a nine not ten.

Avec beaucoup de Restaurants et magasins alimentaires

Chambre spacieuse, beaucoup de rangements et équipements. Petit-déjeuner varié. Espace spa/piscine très agréable. Personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

Beaucoup d’options sont en extra : parking, piscine, … Style un peu vieillot (salle du petit-déjeuner, rideaux dans les chambres, …)
