Wouldn’t rush back. Property needs updating.

Great location. Bernardo the bartender was lovely!!!

Cons:

Not enough bed covers and bed was very firm. Not enough power points in the room. Hard to locate room when we arrived. Lots of bird droppings in the pool.

Pay for the Upgraded view room as you also get upgraded amenities and a cleaner room.
Pros:

We stay s at the hotel in an upgraded room and when we can back they only had the garden view rooms and there is a huge difference in comfort and amenities. We liked the upgraded amenities in the ocean view rooms, refrigerators, lockable safe the view of course and it was quiet where we were at. The pool was simple and the actually used the swim up bar which is just a lot of fun.

Cons:

The garden room view we had was facing the alley between hotels, a bit of landscaping there would make the difference. The door to the bathroom was broken, the shower had mold in the grout, the safe required going to the desk to get a lock. The beds were very uncomfortable and hard. The sheets were thred bare and you could see an old egg molded style mattress topper that did nothing. The dinner is not as good as the breakfast.

El lugar esta muy bien posicionado, el hotel ocuoa renovar sus instalaciones el desayuno muy bueno y micha variedad

Esta cerca de toda la zona viva de san jose del cabo

El hotel esta un poco viejo y descuidado, un dia me salio una cucaracha en mi habitacion, el staff es muy amable pero seria bueno mejorar algunos muebles que estan viejos

El mejor por el precio que ofrecen
Pros:

El lugar es perfecto para el precio, la gente es muy amable, las habitaciones super limpias y comodas.
El internet les falla un poquito y en mi caso me gusta fruta para snak lo cual no tenian en el area de alberca por lo que habia que subir al restaurante. Fuera de eso yo les doy un 100%

Probably would not stay there again
Cons:

I booked three rooms. Two did not have hot water for showers. Also, they charged me $120 extra for two of the king rooms because there were people in it. Front desk staff was not very friendly.
