Definitely coming back!
Pros:

Super spacious, nice view of Venice Grand Canal Mall and really well-kept I loved it! Everything you need utensil-wise is already there, and if you need a pan, just ask. The staff are super quick to help. Ventilation is great, and the water heater in the shower and sink was such a nice touch. The workspace is roomy too plus good interenet connection, which was a huge plus for me since I work remotely. Location-wise, you're close to everything. Definitely coming back!

The shower. Water pressure is very very slow flow. Not the best shower.

Low water pressure in the shower.😐 The complimentary water was only provided for one night.😐😐 The cleaning/service was sub-par at best. The Venice shopping mall hours are actually 11am to 9pm...the property manager stated it was 10am to 10pm. So many points to easily manage but the commitment of the unit manager was lacking the expectations of management given the expense of staying at this accommodation. MB 🇦🇺

I really liked the stay there. Cool located in the venice mall. Rooms are big with a massive bed !

excellent place to stay
Pros:

This place was perfect and better than what we thought it would look like for such a low amount. It's located in a great area and on the side of the building we were on had a great view of the Vienna below. Amazing and highly recommend

I'll stick to a hotel next time
Pros:

Location is nice if you like malls.

Cons:

The check in process was terrible. Had to wait for the front desk to contact someone to show up and take me to the room.
Also, the AC dripped all night. They had to bring a bucket to help catch the water.
Also, not hot water in the shower.
