Poor customer service location far from city
Pros:

Hired motor bike no fuel asked for them to fill and I’ll return fill.refused.As a
Travlier I had no idea where the closest fuel station was.

Exceptional
Pros:

Five star service in the heart of the market.
This simple welcoming hotel is located behind a glorious temple, just off a bustling market street,  a couple of short blocks from the river. Close to cafés and shops, Phat Tai is run by the most caring family. As a solo older female traveller, I was taken care of as if I were part of that family. Ly had her google translate at the ready and we never missed a beat.
Comfortable, clean, spacious room, I was on the ground floor, super safe, there is a lift,  very good bed, excellent wifi, nice bathroom, lots of plug outlets, bedside light switches.
An exciting vibrant non touristy area, a gem.
Cam on!
