Great sea views
Pros:

This hotel is quite basic but the room and sea view was great.
Very clean with a little kitchen which we didn't use.
The walk back up to the hotel is beautiful but a little challenging for us older people so bear that in mind.

Cons:

The staff were wonderful but you had to go find them.

Wonderful views, friendly and balcony!
Pros:

The location is lovely. Parking is first come first served but it is not far to walk to park roadside for free if necessary. We have stayed twice before and this time the room was perfect for us. The views stunning from the balcony and window. Have dual aspect meant there was a nice breeze. Fridge in room is great plus some basic other kitchen bits. Very friendly.

Cons:

Only comment I would make to have made it even better was a bigger bed - used to king size so a bit small but not a deal breaker. Will be back.

Good overall, just a couple of minus points
Pros:

Lovely balcony overlooking the sea. Kitchenette in the room was useful. Hosts friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It’s a long steep walk to the centre of Looe. There’s a bus stop nearby, although buses are infrequent.
No wardrobe in room and little room for suitcase.
No marmalade or croissants 2 days running

The location and the view

Cons:

Car parking, lack of storage for clothes, could do with umbrella on the balconies especially in the morning during warm and sunny periods. Not good for those with limited mobility.

Pros:

The room was lovely, view beautiful, spent a lot of time on the balcony.

Cons:

No frying pan , only a saucepan & microwave. But they did offer to cook bacon & eggs for us .
