Cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general was exceptional. The staff were very friendly, polite and professional. The verandah view was stunning. A short privacy screen on the verandah would be beneficial. Great coffee and hot chocolate from the vending machine in the reception.

Cons:

Parking was in a first come first served policy and was not full explained on the website. Too many cars for not enough Spaces. Spaces were a bit 'snug' too.

Beautiful Hannaforde Stay.
Pros:

All staff were helpful and cheerful, had issues with my car the day I was leaving, and they were really helpful.

Cons:

Just found it really relaxing, which is what you want when you are on holiday

Comfortable room with a beautiful seaview.
Pros:

Location and parking were what we wanted. It was perfect to park and walk into town:) the staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed a nice breakfast and an 11am check out so we didnt feel rushed to leave.

just a genuinely nice and relaxing place, nice and clean with a chilled vibe. great VFM.
Pros:

we liked the decor, the cleanliness, the staff were all friendly and how chilled the atmosphere is there. it really felt relaxing to be there.
breakfast was also relaxing and we didn't feel rushed to finish when we arrived later during breakfast time.

Cons:

the compressor in the fridge in room 2 was a little rattly/noisy - I forgot to mention this during our stay as we were really impressed and this wasn't so much of a major thing.
