Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and the room itself was comfortable and convenient.

Cons:

The room smells kinda weird. If it wasn’t for that, i would have given it full rating.

The location was strategic.The cleanliness was good and the staff was very helpful.

Cons:

I love everything about the hotel except for one thing.I didn’t like that the towel rack was beside the toilet bowl, and the toilet lid was left open as well. Hopefully the management and housekeeping can improve the towel placement in the future.

Pros:

Kebersihan dan keselesaan bilik. Sesuai untuk work trip.

Cons:

Susah untuk berkomunikasi dengan pihak hotel. Contohnya, untuk meminta bantuan/servis. Saya menunggu lama untuk satu servis saya request untuk ironing set sehingga saya sendiri perlu turun ke receptionist untuk bertanya directly & mengangkut sendiri iron board beserta iron tersebut ke atas.

Had a great stay!
Pros:

We stayed at Swan Hotel for 8 nights and 9 days and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay.

Special thanks to Emmanuel at the front desk. He was very friendly, helpful, alert, and efficient every time we needed something. He made check-in smooth, gave great local tips, and handled our requests quickly. Staff like him really make a difference.

Would definitely stay again and recommend Swan Hotel. Thanks for the hospitality!

Pros: Clean rooms, good location, excellent service
Cons: Not a sound proof room

Highly recommend Swan Hotel if you’re in the area.

Noise people walking and talking outside can be heard, caused disturbance.
