Location, location, location!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We needed to be near Piazza San Marco and this place was basically 1 ½ blocks away. It was on a tiny street, so we had literally no early morning noise. The room was clean and nice sized. The bed was comfortable and there were charging ports nearby. The air conditioning worked well even during the heat wave we were having. The elevator was broken upon our arrival, but luckily it was repaired quickly. This would have been a game changer for us had it not been fixed. The breakfast offerings were fresh and lovely. The front desk people were helpful and informative (Especially Hassan). He was able to contact a tour company and get us set up for a group tour to Murano and Burano. This was especially helpful as my husband is disabled and we needed a boat which could assist and accommodate a 4-wheeled walker.
The walkway beside the hotel had nice shops, restaurants, café’s (if you need an early breakfast) and a fantastic gelato shop. The San Zaccaria dock was about 2 ½ blocks away and there were several bridges with walkways making it easy to navigate with a walker. Also, several restaurants along the dock with great food and huge misting fans.

Cons:

The only negative about the hotel was our room had a bathtub/shower with no grab bars making it very dangerous and slippery. Luckily our son’s room had a walk-in shower which we were able to use. Make sure to request a walk-in shower when you book. I think what happened was they mixed up my son’s and our room, so we ended up with a tub. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Venice

Quaint hotel steps from fabulous Venice
Pros:

Easy to get to on public vaperetto, just 25m from dock. No chance getting lost and easy to handle luggage. Small lift. Fantastic location to all the sights, we walked everywhere from here. Comfortable room, basic but good breakfast. Very helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Located a few minutes from St Marks sq. Breakfast was a surprise as it included a hot selection as well as the usual ham / cheese and cereals. Juices there and hot drinks are taken by order.

Located directly behind Hotel Daniel from the 007 film.

ベネチアを堪能できます
Pros:

S. Marco-San Zaccaria 水上バス停から徒歩2分の近さでした。ベネチアらしい歴史を感じさせるクラシックな造りでしたが、ほぼ快適にステイできました。
暑い時期でしたのでエアコンはありがたかったです。
シングルベッドは寝心地よく、朝食も美味しかったです。
フロントの男性スタッフはとてもフレンドドリーでした。チェックアウト後に荷物を3.5€で預かってくれました。
歩き回ってわかりましたが、ホテル周辺は飲食店が多い小径でした。カフェもディナーもバッチリです。

Cons:

窓を開けると目の前の建物が見えるため、景色は良くありません。
4階の部屋は、3階までエレベーターあとスーツケースを持って乗降が必要です。
シャワー後になぜか部屋の床が水浸しになったので清掃の女性に伝えたら、既にわかっており水漏れがする部屋だった様子。半年以上前に安く予約していたので納得できたが、高い価格だと不満だったと思います。

古い建物だが時間優先の観光目的なら満足感高い。
Pros:

ロケーションが最高。スタッフの対応は直接見えないところを含めて素晴らしいと感じた。部屋狭いが毎日部屋の清掃が行き届いている。

Cons:

設備が古くエレベーターや浴室は更新してもらった方がいいと思う。
